Past few days was at home with chills and fever then sore throat. Although chills lasted a day the sore throat stayed. Today day 3 decided to go to Urgent Care to be seen. I looked online no wait times and put in for 11:10 appointment.  - I waited til 12:30 to be seen - Someone who came in as a walk in was seen before me with an appointment! - I got in room and my concerns were a rushed questionnaire NOT a conversation Once seen everything came back negative. But did another test to be on safe side. I told them I'm deadly allergic to ibuprofen and what does the Nurse  Practitioner recommend is that and gargle with salt water such a waste of 2.5 hrs of my day! I next day did a virtual visit with my actual doctor who confirmed hand foot and mouth NOT strep! Said the unguent care should’ve caught it right away!

I was able to be seen quickly the same day for a walk-in appointment within one hour for fit testing. The environment was clean and the staff is friendly. I would go again if necessary. Yes, I would recommend going to this location (Dedham AFC).

Went in to check on a pesky cough. The staff was very friendly. The MA was very friendly. The provider was promote and knowledgeable. Over all a great experience.

Hi, I hope this text finds you well! I went to that clinic yesterday with headache, sore throat, earache, body ache. All my tests were negative. I understand that they were supposed to send some of the samples to the lab just to make sure. Is it right to that provider to tell me, they will have the result in two days and send to work the next day without being sure there's nothing wrong with me. And who does that, she's just heartless to send someone who is sick the way I am to work. Where does she come from? From the moon, it seems like she does not have anything to do with human being.

I’d been sick for a bit, but I woke up with a painful ear infection and this was one of the only urgent care centers open at 8am. I got there right after it opened, and it was really easy to get myself scheduled and checked in. Everyone was great, helpful, and really quick. I don’t want to have to go back to Urgent Care, but if I do, I will definitely go back here.

Not good the wait time was too long but the staff was nice and the place was very clean

Amazing staff I felt like I was family they were so welcoming and prayed for my recovery.

Called in at 7:40 pm and asked if I can be seen as it closes at 8:00 pm was told to come right away and was seen with no wait time, very smooth check in. Staff was very courteous. Thank you

Waiting time is terrible. I scheduled my appointment a day before. I have to wait 3 hrs. I think this is contributed to lack of staff.

Had a cough for a few days.  Was able to get seen quickly,  liked all of the staff.  They helped me get better.  Thank you.
