Went to AFC with symptoms of sinus infection. Offered no prescription, was told to go home and take OTC meds. Was not offered a steroid shot but given one when I requested.

I just walked in cause I hurt my foot but the wait time could’ve been better, but I understand when they don’t have a lot of help, but besides that everyone was very polite except where you check in at that lady was a little kind of off and a little rude, but besides that I definitely recommend provider there

I have been sick for 10 days with mostly manageable symptoms until today.  I was a walk in but was treated with such kindness and professionalism from the front desk to Matthew who took my vital signs. I saw the PA who was concerned and spent time examining me and asking questions.  I think her name was Kathy.  The nurse who gave me two shots was sweet and caring. I believe her name was Zee.

I've been going to AFC for quite a while. I've always appreciated the quick service and friendly service. In my most recent visit I scheduled ahead of time on my computer and did all my paperwork in advance. I recieved a 9:40 appointment. It was 10:10 before I was called back. My nose was swabbed and I was told it would be 15 minutes...an hour later I poke my head out the door and ask if they had forgotten about me and was told they were still working on paperwork. Finally around 11:30 the nurse shows up and does my checkup. I've never had to wait that long in the past and the nurse spent a lot of time explaining why she couldn't do this or that. I guess that's the difference between a nurse and a doctor. Next time I ghink I'll go somewhere else.

I was having trouble with TMJ and booked an appointment online. I arrived and signed in. I didn’t have a long wait before being seen. Everyone was very friendly, including the doctor!! I got the attention I needed along with prescriptions to help. Great service!! Not my first visit and won’t be my last!!

I came in for tightness of the chess, short of breath and heart feeling like someone donkey kicked me... What medicine did I get prescribed? Well... hydroxyzine pamoate. What are the side effects of this medication you ask? Tightness in the chest, trouble breathing, fast or abnormal heartbeat... Really? Lol. So this would be why you get a zero. When I read that side effects, I literally looked around for Ashton to see if i was getting punked...

Waited two hours for test results and was told to pick up medication after but they never called anything in and paper wasn’t enough for pharmacist. Also told them to send another prescription into one pharmacy and they send it to a completely different pharmacy half way across town. An old guy was having complications in the lobby and no one jumped to help like they should’ve they were confused. They can’t help you with anything and do not know what they’re doing. The most sorry doctors office I’ve been in.
