This place is great! It was my first time visiting, and I had a smooth experience. I easily scanned the QR code to fill out my information on my phone. After that, I waited less than 10 minutes before being called in. The care I received was just right—not too fast, not too slow—perfect. After taking the prescribed medicine, I felt much better!

Scheduled an appointment the night before. Arrived at appointment time. The office was behind schedule due to an influx of patients. Not an issue. I waited in my car and followed my appointment time on the Solv app. At the revised time I was called by the receptionist and proceeded back into the office. Dr. Schmidt saw me a few moments later. His knowledge and caring bedside manner was well appreciated.

Woke up with a blocked ear and was able to schedule an appointment for my convenience. Check-in was easy and the care provided was attentive and caring and the issue was explained very well. Issue was resolved within a few days. I would recommend AFC urgent Care in Downingtown.

Checked in at 8:30. My debit card wasn’t working and it was the only one that I had with me so I had to drive home to get my card because I wasn’t allowed to call in to pay. After I got back to the office at 9 o’clock and checked in again, Kayla didn’t tell me there was over an hour wait. I said it would’ve been nice to know when I checked in again that there was over an hour wait and Kaihla said something smart and walked away. I’ve never had any other issue when I’ve come to this office. Maybe she was just having a bad day.

I called the morning and requested about information on appointment and health insurance and the staff informed me and I was happy to get help and a appointment that afternoon I was treated very well with the medical staff.

This was my second visit to urgent care and I was equally as pleased as the first time.

Everyone was super friendly, which made up for the long wait time.  Only real complaint I have was that I went in after previously testing positive for the flu, then testing negative for flu and positive for Covid at the urgent care, then testing posted for flu again at home (and also Covid negative). I then went to a different urgent care the next day and was covid negative and flu positive. It could be an anomaly, but I highly doubt it.

Was so easy to schedule an appointment. When I got there, it was some of the nicest staff I have ever encountered at an urgent care. Got me in and out quickly so I could go on with my day. The office was also extremely nice and very clean. Would highly recommend this urgent care.
