I was treated kindly and felt heard by the staff when describing my condition. I received a prescription which was called into my pharmacy, but, it was an inaccurate medication. My pharmacist called the doctor to adjust the meds Rx.

Needed a last minute pre op surgery clearance because my family doctor canceled my appt. Found Dr Schmidt, who accommodated me, and actually gave me great advice on Vitamins and Supplements. He gave me undivided attention and I was very pleased. The staff was very friendly and helpful also.

I Return to this center for care, as service, level of care and staff are excellent.

Came in for DOT physical, did a great job. Everyone was very friendly, very efficient. Thank you very much, glad to see customer service coming back in the businesses

I was slicing vegetables and sliced a piece of flesh from my right hand pink. When I arrived at the AFC urgent care in Downingtown they took me right back to temporarily bandage the wound. After a small waiting period they got to work to do the permanent repair to stop the bleeding. They were very attentive and got the bleeding to stop and placed a bandage on the wound to protect it. I was extremely happy with all the staff.

The staff were very professional. I was taken care of very well.

If you're actually sick, check in is a nightmare. The app asks repetative questions. It did not retain pictures of my insurance cards Very frustrating. My our of state insurance was one of the app options, yet they told me they would not take it.. Nurse prescribe I saw was very nice and helpful. The process getting in was unfortunate.

Need a physical asap for spring sports. I was able to get a same day appointment and all paperwork completed.  All the staff are so friendly, pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend AFC in Downingtown.

I did not know I could schedule an appointment. I walked in, and their check-in process is via QT code. I was halfway through, when I lost the screen (my phones fault). The girl at the desk gave me a tablet to sign in with. The process was not bad at all, and my stay there wasn't too long. I got treatment for my cough, and feel more at ease.

Had a sore throat and congestion. Made an appointment on line for 9 am. Completed all paperwork on line……a good process.  Got there at 8:45 am and didn’t get in to see someone until 9:30.  Got my meds and was on my way. Only part not so good was having to wait a half hour despite having an appt.
