First. The staff was wonderful, the wait fairly short, however this is about the facility itself. Although new and clean, I was there to seek urgent medical attention for an earache/severe sinusitis triggered by exposure to perfumes and air fresheners at an event. Upon entering the facility, I was immediately overwhelmed by the strong scent of air fresheners plugged into nearly every outlet. As someone with severe allergies and migraine headaches triggered by strong smells, this exposure exacerbated my existing condition. Despite informing the staff of my sensitivity and requesting the removal of the air fresheners in my vicinity, I left the facility with a worsening migraine, burning eyes, and increased congestion. Research has shown that air fresheners, particularly those containing volatile organic compounds (VOCs), can trigger a variety of health issues, including migraines, respiratory problems, and allergic reactions. These chemicals can irritate the eyes, nose, and throat, and can worsen asthma symptoms. I am deeply disappointed that a medical facility would create an environment that could potentially harm patients. It is unacceptable for a place of healing to cause further illness. I urge the staff to reconsider the use of air fresheners in the facility and to implement policies that prioritize the health and well-being of all patients.

Scheduling this appointment was made easy by the receptionist. I liked that I was not charged a fee due to being there 5 days before for same issue.  Provider’s bedside manner was caring and informative. I would recommend the provider and nursing staff to my friends and family.

I haven’t been to a doctor in 20+ years because I really dread and dislike it.  however, I’m so glad I went to this place. Exactly the kind of atmosphere that I needed, knowledgeable but also personable and helpful!  Very nice operation

Was able to book an appointment same day I called. The staff were pleasant to work with and the waiting room and patient room were very clean. The wait time was disappointing considering that I made an appointment.
