Everything was great with the staff and the service but why is the waiting room so hot?!?

I've been here three times, and all three times I found it so convenient. They were all so kind, professional, and helpful. They followed up within the next few days. I'm grateful for their availability, scheduling system, kindness, and expertise. I even got an Xray there. I highly recommend them.

Horrible experience never go back I had to realize that every urgent care is different. Even though it’s urgent care taking care of the problem right there and then. But patience is still important.

The front staff was very helpful, and the nurse and doctor were both very nice. The process to check in was pretty quick and easy. The wait time at the time wasnt long.

Had a great experiences with both of my children. They were sick and took care of them with the proper medication. The staffing is very patient, understanding, friendly , clean, and very supportive. Definitely a 10/10 will recommend.

I happened to be in the area to pickup supplies from Home Depot and noticed the AFC. I decided to go in rather than wait to get an appointment elsewhere. It was perfect timing and they treated me very quickly and friendly. I am very pleased with the service I received yesterday. Thanks so much.

Lady at front desk never greeted me and was rude. Was given a dirty look by medical assistant upon entering office with my kids.I have been here for my kids and never have experienced this bad service.Physician assistant was pretty cold. Had to call to get results. Im still surprised about the care I received because was a much better experience when my kids were the patients. I will not return here.

I was a walk-in and since there was nobody else when we got there the friendly staff at the window was able to help me immediately. Using the kiosk to check-in was quick and continuing the signup process on my phone was very convenient. The friendly staff helped scanning my IDs and all I had to complete on the app was the signatures. The provider was very friendly and thorough and guided me through my condition. I was sent to x-ray lab and the lab assistant who took my x-ray was also very friendly. I couldn’t have a better experience considering my condition rendered me in so much pain. I am very happy with AFC in Milltown! I would recommend Dr. Patel.

Great service!  Minimal wait. Felt better after leaving! Recommend strongly!  Bedside manner really good!
