I made an online appointment, checked in when I arrived as suggested and walk ins who came in after me were being taken. I was finally called to asked what pharmacy I use and then was added to their queue. I did address with the receptionist that I didn’t understand what was the point of the appointment and virtual check in then and she didn’t have an answer for me but did ensure I was called next. The remainder of the triage and visit went well.
