On care. I was told I didn’t have anything dispute taking a Covid, flu and strep test. I have a fever, body ache and chills. They told me since everything came up negative (Despite me over hearing that they didn’t properly test the sample) that it could be a respiratory infection. Concerned I went to the ER. Only for the ER to tell me that I had a flu. Something that the urgent care could’ve easily figured out if done the test properly. Very disappointed and upset as their carelessness causes me to waste time and grow worse in the ER.

Wasted 135 dollars to say i had to wait out. Receptionists lack empathy, i get being bored and not wanting to be there but at least pretend to be concerned about patients coming in.however the Medical assistant was very kind

I’m disappointed with my visit here. The entire physical felt rushed — a couple minutes for vitals, a quick vision check, and repeated questions. Despite this, I was charged $137 for an exam that felt incomplete. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.

We were given wrong discharge papers, then was told there was a prescription being sent to pharmacy. There was none, I called to see why I was told there was a prescription. They then said they were sending a prescription for cough syrup. I waited a day just to come back and find out prescription was for over the counter Robitussin which I could've brought myself in the first place. Given extra run around that wasn't necessary.
