I wasn’t feeling well last night and this morning. I schedule an appointment online and it was very easy and I checked in on my phone as well. The office is very clean and organized! The staff were very friendly. The medical assistant (sorry, I forgot your name 😞) and NP, Emmanuel Yeboah was very educational and explained what was wrong with me and the medications he prescribed to me as well. I will definitely to be coming back when I don’t feel well. Thank you 🙂

Everything was ok up until the sending of the prescription. Before I left the facility located in Elizabeth, New Jersey I asked the secretary how was the prescription gonna be done via paper or was it gonna be sent bye your office she said the office long story short it took 4 to 6 hours for it to get to the pharmacy. I had to call that site several times and they said first 30 to 45 minutes then it went 45 minutes to an hour.. no patient should have to wait that long for their medicine at all. This is an urgent care. I should’ve had my medicine less than 45 minutes. I was waiting already at the pharmacy for 20 minutes. There are patients that’s gonna have more severe situations no one should have have to wait!!!!!! do better or either shut this site down!!!!
