The check -in process takes too long. Frustrating that each time you have to take a picture of your insurance card and license when it’s already on file.

Although I had to wait an hour to be seen, I did walk in without an appointment so it was understandable. Everything moved quickly & efficiently once I was called back. No complaints.

Terrible experience at nearly every touchpoint. - waited over an hour to be seen by a provider who didn’t even look inside my throat despite complaining of respiratory symptoms - no xray tech that day. OK - I get that it happens. But this wasn’t communicated until after was being seen? Had to drive 30 minutes and wait another 30+ minutes to have X-rays taken. So now I’m in another clinic spreading my germs. Why have people wait if you can’t service them? Feels like a cash grab for the Fairfield location. Make people sicker and spreads sickness throughout the population. This is so obviously wrong.  - all employees seemed miserable and disinterested in providing services. Even seemed annoyed that there were sick people there?? - no clear check in instructions. The people behind the plexi glass didn’t look up at me as I walked up. Ummm ok I have to fill out the tablet. As I’m doing that other people are given a print out to fill out?? Also the app indicated my place in line was when I entered my phone number but seeing people who came after me into the clinic get called first obviously makes that a lie. They were not visibly sicker than I.  - my wife was in the exact clinic not even 24hours prior with exactly the same symptoms. Our daughter has the exact same symptoms a couple days ago. I asked for antibiotics since they clearly made my wife and daughter feel better on their way to recovery. Now I’m sitting here writing this super sick because the provider refused to give me antibiotics but was trigger happy to prescribe me Prednisone. WTF. - this is just the major beats. I could go on about petty details. Thanks the worst medical experience I’ve had in 40 years.  Do better.

I waited a pretty long time at this urgent care after going in to check on a cough I've had for nearly 3 weeks. After the (very friendly and nice) nurse took my vitals, I waited in the exam room for nearly another 30 minutes before a doctor finally came in. He listened to my lungs maybe twice before prescribing me a cough suppressant and sent me on my way. Nothing improved, and after going to my primary care physician this morning I found out I've had pneumonia and needed antibiotics this entire time. I'm really frustrated with this urgent care because it feels like they just grew busy, nearly forgot I was in there, and just wanted me out of the exam room before closing.
