I am sick and seen right away, the Staff are great specially the PA who saw me. Everyone is nice EXCEPT the lady in the  front desk. She is very rude, abrupt and aggressive. I been coming to this location for a while now, and this is the first time I met a front lady who is very rude. She should not be working in the front it she is like that!

Definitely will not be visiting this location again. The staff looked confused and unsure of their roles. Was charged prior to being seen but paid for a three minute visit which didn’t provide any assistance or help. Next time it should be explained prior to payment what a physical includes, then I was told additional charges would be needed if I required blood work. I came here because of convenience but wasted my time and money instead.

The student was nice but the doctor was a little uptight about something. Both didn’t like me refusing taking vitals. I came with a specific request for my cut if I need shots or stitches … and it’s my right to refuse.  However, the doctor did a great job wrapping my thumb, but the wrap/bandages got pulled out simply by me grabbing my car keys from my pocket. Over all was a positive experience. And yes, I do recommend the facility and staff.

One thing todd annoyed me was even though I had presented my insurance card they took a covid and flu test and then threw it out without telling me because they thought I had no insurance. So instead of telling me they just through the swabs in the garbage. The doctor never really diagnosed anything except put me on a z-pack.

I will never ever come back again to this place. In two times, the people of the desk told me that my insurance it wasn’t accepted by the urgent care. I told them it was impossible because I went there in many opportunities and always my insurance covered the medical attention. Also, they told me that I had to pay inmediatly the attention. I asked if they could bill the payment to my home like many times before, a woman told me no. Ok, so I left. The last time that I went, a man told me the same, and ALSO he told me that I I had a debt for almost $500 because my insurance it wasn’t accepted, one more time I left the place with no attention. Days later I received a mail from my insurance informing that my copay was for $65 only. My insurance was accepted by the urgent care and for two times going there I didn’t receive the medical attention because of these two people in the desk. I think you would have to know how to see correctly the things about insurances

i waited here for 2 hours while the staffed talked with eachother and laughed telling jokes and ignoring a waiting room full of people. it was infuriating waiting for two hours to be seen while they are sitting on counters carrying on with eachother while atleast 10 people were waiting. then when i finally was seen the rn and pa didn’t even knock when they came in just swung the door open. i left extremely frustrated. I would reccomend that no one goes here to be seen. such a joke.
