Had a 6:30pm appointment, didn’t get brought back to room until 7:00pm with nobody else in the waiting room. Wasn’t until after 7:30pm until the NP came into the room and didn’t seem to care about anything and wanted to rush me out.

I had a cough for several days and yesterday I had a very sore throat! It was 9 pm when I decided I needed to see a doctor and clinics were all closed. I came at 8am and I only waited 30 minutes while the staff waited on others here before me. The staff were very friendly and professional.

Went in to get meds for COVID as I tested positive on home test. I was a walk-in, however, it said there were only two ahead of me. Took a little bit to get back but that was expected. Went back and nurse took vitals, etc and said the Dr would be in shortly. 45 mins later and no one had even poked their head in to check on me, update me, swab me, etc ... I used the restroom to walk by the desk to let them know I was still there, in case they'd forgotten about me and to give an opportunity for them to say something about the delay...three nurses sitting at the desk and nothing. I returned for about ten more minutes and asked if I was getting swabbed and if they could at least do that since I'd have to wait for those results as well. All three nurses still sitting at the desk and said, "oh yeah, sure". I barely got swabbed, three swipes and barely around the inside of my nose. Of course my test came back negative. I did explain that to the Dr when I finally got to see him two hours after my original arrival time. He was nice, good bedside manner and apologized for my wait. However, it didn't take away from the fact that there were three nurses there that could have been informing me of something, swabbing me before I had to ask for it, or something. I just felt as if they had forgotten about me being there and then after I had said a little something, they didn't want to deal with me. The Dr dealt with me the rest of the time and he was super nice. I wasn't mad, just didn't feel well and none of it made sense to me. Seeing people that came in two people behind me being seen before me and then leaving on my way to the bathroom. One would think if someone has Covid they might want to get them in and out of there quickly. 🤷🏼‍♀️ Just wasn't a positive experience and I don't normally have trouble at this location but I may choose to go somewhere else next time.

I was in a lot of pain, and did not know if I had a UTI or attack of diverticulitis. They took care of me and sent on 2 rxs and an injection for diverticulitis.

I was taken back fairly quick to a room. Check in was easy and staff was so nice. I did have to wait awhile before I saw the doctor. A nurse actually came and checked on me to ask if someone had come in yet which led me to believe they were busy. Overall I was very happy with my visit and I would return to this location for another urgent care matter.
