scheduling an appointment was good online,checkin was easy but waiting time was too long inspite of making an appointment online and there was not enough people in the waitin room.triage person took little longer ,it should have been in an expediate manner,since patients are sick. Pa was very efficient and knowledgeable .

Scheduled an appt. for Covid test; was checked in promptly by very welcoming front desk attendant. Saw medical providers within a few minutes who answered my questions and sent me off with diagnosis and Rx. Facility was spotless and seemed well-coordinated. Would definitely use again if I needed urgent care.

I saw my primary on Thursday for the same condition (at a health system considered the premier in the mid-Atlantic region). They did no tests and prescribed no remedy. Today (Saturday) came here. They sorted me out and scheduled future tests. So, they solved my issues.

I was able to walk-in and be seen right away after completing required documents (first time here). The front office lady was very nice and so were the staff.

I had an allergic reaction. My eyes were swollen. They were prompt in handling my issue. The office was efficient and clean. I received excellent care.

I would 100% recommend this place. Making an appointment was easy and they were very friendly when we arrived. We even appreciated that they spoke our language so we could understand each other better.

I went to AFC Urgent Care because I like that I can walk in when it works in my schedule, and I do not have to plan weeks or months in advance. I have well controlled hypothyroidism. I just need a convenient, efficient medical practice that can order blood work and write my prescription. I went there for the first time in August. At the time it seemed perfect. It was 5 minutes from my house, in and out in about 30 minutes, and reasonably priced. On my second visit I was told that they only want to handle urgent situations and not chronic conditions. I get it. I will need to continue my search. I choose AFC for efficiency and to save time. The numerous texts and calls for reviews of my visit were a waste of my time as was the follow up phone call. AFC Urgent Care called to ask how I was feeling. It seemed like a strange call considering I was never feeling bad. The office seemed polite and friendly, but I felt that the texts, emails, and phone call showed that they had no respect for my time.
