I have a long history of bronchitis ; as soon as the wheezing starts, I know I better make an appointment asap! I scheduled my appointment online with AFC, which saved me time! The facility was nice and the people friendly, but I will not be returning! I told the P.A. that I have chronic bronchitis and that they usually prescribe Cefdinir for 10 days and she only gives me enough medication for 5, doesn’t listen, called Thursday after visit on Monday to plz call in more Cefdinir, but they weren’t willing! If you have a pause in medication, it can render it ineffective and your body will develop a resistance to it; why would I want to do that, since Cefdinir works so well! Nope, will not be returning to AFC, a place willing to put my health at risk!

Kid woke up with a sore throat & raging fever. Staff got us in & out quickly while providing excellent care. 10/10!

I had a persistent cough for weeks. I scheduled an appointment with AFC in Gastonia and was seen the next day. The facility was very clean, the staff was professional, polite and pleasant. The doctor on call there diagnosed my problem as bronchitis and prescribed exactly what I needed. My experience there was great and I will definitely go there again if it is ever necessary. Wonderful facility!

It was a busy day at the clinic but the staff was very patient and kind.  Amber and Monica were very pleasant and knowledgeable

This Urgent care is always clean, friendly and caring. Patients are seen quickly, but thoroughly. They are also prompt with any follow up for testing.

Been suffering with what I thought was a UTI because I have had issues with it before. It was easy setting up an appointment with a single call. Wait time wasn’t too long. Staff and PA were very prompt and courteous. Did a fine job with everything. We’ve been to this location a couple of times. Well pleased with the service we received, each time. Thank you

My grandmother was sick and refused to go to the hospital. The staff was so friendly and got her back quickly they treated everyone as if they were priority.

I have COPD, woke up today New Years Eve with a horrible cough. Was able to walk in and quickly be seen. Staff was super nice, the provider and assistant both had great bedside manner. Treatment was very appropriate, care was excellent. No shortcuts taken

No other urgent care was open and in this timely matter. Staff was nice and helpful. It is flu season so it was quite busy, but still substantially shorter wait time than other places. Thank you for the help.

Came in with a UTI and was able to get in quickly. The young lady that called me back was so sweet. my nurse practitioner was awesome. The whole staff took great care of me. I would recommend this urgent care to everyone.
