I adore coming here, the staff is always so kind and nice. One of my favorites is Ms. Dee, she’s the absolute sweetest lady. She super efficient at her job and she makes me feel at ease ! The wait time was a little longer than I expected today but overall it was a great visit, and as always, I’ll be back for my next check up !

I just went in for a drug screening. Entrance staff was very friendly and nice. Wait time was horrible! Waited 41 mins to be seen. Probably could've been quicker but someone came in who said they had an appt so they were seen before me. Lady that called me to the back was not very friendly at all. Seemed she had a rough day or something which made my mood worse. She didn't introduce herself or anything, seemed she was annoyed like me.

I scheduled an appointment for 3.10. Arrived at 3.02. Receptionist (sitting at the right chair if you’re facing the desk) neglected to check me in or take my payment. She called in at least Two people who arrived after me. When I said something she mumbled an excuse- in a completely uncourteous and non professional way. I was finally seen approximately one hour and forty minutes after my scheduled appointment. Terrible experience with receptionist.

Always my go to urgent care! Check in was easy since I did all the paperwork online before I gotten there. Wait time was less than 15min . Staff was amazing and the PA was fantastic!

Best treatment ever!!!! The staff was friendly and the nurse who attended to me was outstanding. This was my second visit in case of needed emergency treatment, I will use them again. I highly recommend to anyone needing care!

I really needed to get my DOT physical that day and took a chance and everything went way better than expected!!! Thank you guys for assisting me.

Booked an appt for my daughter, then my other daughter a couple days later. Easy to book the appointment, and a lot of availability. Wait time was 45-60 minutes after the scheduled appointment time, so I’m not sure if it walking in is just as quick as booking. Staff is very friendly, and they were great with my 11 & 13 year old girls. The office is clean, and plenary of parking. Highly recommend when in need of urgent care services.

The only complaint I had was it seem to take a long time to be taken to the back. I think I waited an hour. I didn't have an emergency so there was no immediate need for help. If I had to wait it was not that long. The check-in, staff, and care was great.
