I had drainage and tingling in my throat and it made me cough really bad. I went over to American Family Care to see the doctor and I was treated friendly, with great respect and was taken care of by the best staff workers. They treated me and took good care of me. I will recommend anyone to go to AFC for treatment.

The doctor was fantastic.  Front desk was rude, unhelpful, and didn’t have change.

I was the only person when I arrived. They had 3 people up front in the checkin. The sign in process is horrible and the Caucasian lady was rude and after me asking them did they need insurance card they said no. Then after having to fill out this form on my Phone only having to upload stuff by taking a picture or manually. I did manually once again same Caucasian lady asking for my insurance cards when I ask one lady and I guess she had to put her 2 cents in needed them. After I tell her I did it manually her smart saying you need to upload them. I told them need to fix that because it said scan or manually input information. Who needs a smart mouth when I'm filling out the thing on my phone. They need kiosk machine to sign in. I was sick and she getting upset when I wasn't asking her questions I was talking to the lady at the window. The nurse that di my blood pressure and nurse practitioner were very nice

The check in process is better but still intense especially when you don’t feel good and you have been to the clinic many times and you are required to give information and upload id and insurance cards then the person checking you has to physically see the id. I was told my VA Id is not considered an id. Process is the worst part of going to the clinic

After fighting sinusitis over a week I decided I’d better go get some help to clear it up before my surgery next week had to be rescheduled. I got sleep last night for the first time after missing 2 nights. Thank you so much for you help. Nothing makes you feel better like a little sleep.
