I was able to schedule a visit online and get a time to come in. This was very helpful. Everyone was very nice and welcoming. Didn't have to wait long at all. Was in and out in no time. Thank you for everything.

Walked in, signed in, was told there were two people ahead of me. After 1 1/2 hours waiting I got to see the doctor. Nurse was friendly and caring. Doctor was swift in diagnosis of sinus infection and ear infection and I got an injection of prednisone and was told that I would be able to pick up 2 prescriptions, one for an antibiotic and one for cough at my pharmacy. When I got to the pharmacy they only had one for the antibiotic. I called the doctor office twice and was told that they had called in the prescription for cough medicine. The pharmacist insisted that they never received a call for the cough medicine. I’m still coughing.  This was my first visit with urgent care. The staff, nurse and doctor were pleasant and friendly. After the long wait and confusion over the prescription that I never got I’m disappointed with that.

I walked in about 3 said I thought I had a urinary tract infection. Was checked by doctor and given a prescription.  Out by 4:05. The receptionist was most helpful and the nurse could not have been better as well as Doctor.  Would highly reccomend.

This was a blessing. I was having trouble breathing due to a terry sinus infection. The receptionist was excellent with helping me with getting my insurance information so that I could be seen with the insurance. The back office staff was very courteous. The NP was a delight and cleared me up so fast in the office. I was able to return back to work instead of taking off for the day. I told everyone in the office about my experience. Thank you

I had an okay experience here. The medical assistant (has short brown hair) was very rude. She told me because I added shortness of breath in addition to the persistent cough, I could not be treated here. I expressed I maybe misunderstood the term of shortness of breath and wanted my main complaint to be a persistent cough. She rolled her eyes and stomped out of the room. The NP Kelly and the x-ray tech were nice and caring. I’m glad I spoke up because my x-ray showed I had pneumonia. I didn’t need to go to the ER and get a CT scan like the medical assistant thought. I’d recommend the NP talking with the patients before having the medical assistant making medical recommendations.

Very efficient and such friendly staff - both nurses that helped me were simply amazing and so comforting. The doctor I saw as well was very knowledgeable, kind, and wasn’t trying to rush me out of the room - she truly wanted to hear everything I had to say in order to diagnose correctly. Love this place!

Was not breathing normally or well. They discovered possible pneumonia. They were efficient and caring.  The only glitch in check in was having to recreate my data for the new system it would have been  nice if the old info would have ported over to the new system, things like insurance info from a prior visit less than a month before
