Woke up with a severe sore throat and sinus headache. Thought I was starting with strep throat. Went online to Bon Secours Haywood Rd Urgent Care, scheduled my appt and entered requested info (name, address, insurance info, etc.). Easy peasy. Got to Urgent Care for my appt, checked in, was called back within 10 minutes, and was out the door within another 15 minutes. Everybody was professional but very friendly and made me feel like they actually cared. Every health professional who saw me (nurse, tech, doctor) talked with me, not at me, and listened to what I said. I actually live closer to the Urgent Care in Simpsonville but choose to go to the Urgent Care on Haywood Rd because of the personnel and care I've always received at this office. Highly recommend!

The attending Nurse was fantastic , personal & professional

My mom woke up yesterday with a bump underneath her eye. It was sore and she was complaining to the staff at The Gardens that it was hurting and bothering her and they called me. I had noticed it the day before and had discussed it with the lead nurse on staff there and she said to give it another day. Anyway, when the shift nurse called the next day about it, I went and picked mom up and took her to AFC. Every staff member in the office was kind, understanding and helpful. We didn’t have to wait long in the reception room. When the nurse came and got us, she was very nice and patient with mom who has Alzheimer’s. The doctor came in and he was friendly, kind and very sweet with mom and told us what it was and that it probably get any larger, would probably start leaking and eventually heal itself. He did give us a prescription for an antibiotic in case it was caused by some kind of infection because I mentioned she has wet macular degeneration and was having injections in her eye and had had one that week. I didn’t know if that might have caused it. He didn’t think so, but he said just to be sure and I should call her eye doctor on Monday, which I will do tomorrow. I would recommend your facility. We have been twice and I have been impressed with the efficiency and care both times!

The best urgent care in Greenville! The staff were very efficient with patient flow and super friendly! I was properly educated during my visit, as well. Carina, NP., Janice, Anna, and Tikia all worked cohesively to provide the utmost care. Another patient bragged to me about how quickly she was seen and her satisfaction of care.

Brought my son in and waited 2 hours to see someone

I had been sick for a week and decided to come for a chest x-ray. I did receive a chest x-ray (which was clear) but an insistent PR or NP told me I needed to go immediately to the ER because I might be septic due to low blood pressure and dizziness. After reviewing the blood work/flu test/ Covid test and an unnecessary $2500 ER visit, I would never recommend this Urgent Care to anyone at anytime. I believe that I should get part of my money back due to an inept staff at your Urgent Care.

My result in  x-ray isn’t accurate of how they read it. Went to ER since they said I should then I done my second x-ray there and the nurse and doctor said that the one they put on my sheet is not the one the result of the x-ray. I wish they should learn or dig more how to read the x-ray. Well don’t blame them. But I spent night of ER then thanks god All the results are NEGATIVE.. If they check more or study the X-ray they will know that the x-ray is nothing in there about …..

Everything went very smoothly! I especially had the best experience with Janice at the front desk. She helped me with absolutely every single thing I needed. Amazing person and so good at her job.

Everyone was super sweet and very helpful. From the front desk lady (sorry I ain’t get names) she was very sweet and helpful. Made sure to get both me and my daughter seen at same time. We did a walk in. The nurse and nurse practitioner were fast and efficient. Definitely will return to this location.

The young lady at the front desk made scheduling so much easier for me. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. The NP and her assistant were awesome as well. Office was very clean. I was really impressed.
