Staff was helpful and professional.  They were able to assist me with my immediate need I had today

I was pleased totally with the reception I received when I enter. The nurse was friendly and was sympathetic in helping me. I like the way she listened to the areas that bothered me. Also, the doctor demonstrate professionalism and care. She took her time explaining and giving suggestions in how I could use my high blood pressure cup.

Website was easy to navigate. Staff was courteous and friendly. Doctor was informative and listened. Would definitely recommend to family and friends. Fantastic service.

I tried to book an appt. online, but the system seemed to freeze and would not allow me to go forward after selecting a time. Once there, three people were called before me, who did not have appts and arrived after I did. This was particularly frustrating as I was there for a UTI and was holding my urine so I could give a sample.  The staff though were excellent and I'd recommend all of them without hesitation.

The staff was awesome!!! Fonda was the nurse I saw first and she was great!! Also had to get a shot while there and I never even felt it! Also the Dr on the staff today was laid back and so easy to talk to.

Very professional, knowledgeable and caring staff. They were very friendly. I did not have a long wait and was treated and on my way in no time.

Walked in toward end of business day for a DOT physical, was immediately filling out forms, physical went quickly, all the staff were friendly and efficient  Will definitely return the next time I need a physical

Professional staff, pre employment test. Quick and easy.

Booked an appointment online for 1030am yesterday. Arrived at 1012am. When I asked why we were not going back at 1030 I was informed “The website needs to be worded better. You’ll have to wait” WOW! Was taken back around 1110 to a waiting room and swabbed for covid test and strep culture. Was told results would take 10-15 minutes and a care provider would be coming in after. Nearly 40 minutes later the PA came in and diagnosed my daughter with Covid. Let me be clear the PA was AMAZING!!! Wonderful bedside manner, polite, caring, you couldn’t ask for better. The rest of the staff needs to work on communication skills. If the proper expectations had been set as far as timeline, we wouldn’t have had any issues.
