Went there with shoulder injury and they had no one to xray me. On a Sunday when adults and children are home and have accidents!  Outrageous!!  Unacceptable!!!

Things went well. Nurse Eva M. wasn't very personable and at times her language was very hard to understand. She came in with a needle and didn't even explain what the shot was for - I had to say to her, "What is this and what is it for?" Giovanni L. was friendly and Dr. Renee W. was great and very polite. I like how she took her time to explain things to me and weren't in a rush.

The QR appointment process took a few minutes learn how to do but overall best in class after I learned how (love it/no paper/best in class I ever seen). When I was brought in, the process was quick and care personal and of great quality. The only downside 50 mins wait from scheduled apt time. As side note: I would suggest I-phone plugs should patients need use their I-phone (would be cheap).

Sliced my finger with a knife. Although the doc was amazing the nurse spoke mostly Spanish, barely enough English to communicate with me - my only complaint. I think all staff should be fluent in the native tongue of this country (USA) a secondary language is great but in an urgent care facility they should all be able to speak English.
