Made an appointment and was quickly scheduled, the visit was better than expected.

Worst experience at a doctor’s scheduled appointment I’ve ever had.  All I needed was a paper signed to allow me to have back surgery at TN Orthopedic.  The waiting room was empty.  My appointment was at 10:00 and at 10:50 I asked for my paperwork back.  Since this is an urgent care facility, I assume walk-ins were evidently put ahead of my appointment.  My back is so bad that I couldn’t sit there any longer.  This is even my primary care doctor office and I am told that he only works on weekends.  I evidently need a new primary care doctor.

Doctor Jackson is such an amazing 👏 Doctor sine I have been coming here he has been wonderful and he knows his work he is Patient and kind and very understanding to help me with my needs I wish that there where more doctors like him around the world 😊

I scheduled my appointment with Emma a day ahead because I wanted to get X-rays. I was told the X-ray tech would be there on Wednesday, which is when I rescheduled my appointment for 4:00 pm. I arrived at 3:55, the girl in the window I guess was new. She was trying to charge me a co pay when I had two insurances. After 15 min I was finally called to the back. I sat back in that room for 40 min waiting on a dr. I had to walk and advise someone I had another appointment and how much longer would it be? Then the assistant tells me you had X-rays scheduled but the X-ray tech has left. This was the worst experience ever at this location and im not sure if I will return!

Been fighting sinus crud for over a week and was having vertigo and had headaches. Scheduled online on my way there. Was in and out in 30 minutes. Everyone is so nice and respectful. There are a lot of walk in clinics around and I’ve been to many of them. I live in White House and will always drive to Hendersonville for this clinic when I need to. I always have a great experience here. Thank you!

Everything went fast & efficient. Love this office. No wait time

Took a while to input data using the portal, Once that was done everything else went smoothly.

Had severe pain and was able to walk right in. From the front desk to the doctor was all a perfect 10.

Scheduling was simple. Office wasn’t very busy, though, and I still waited over an hour to be seen. Staff was super friendly, but doctor was not and felt like he didn’t give me much time or want to answer any of my questions. I also didn’t have a ton of confidence in his assessment due to the experience. I will be trying another urgent care in the future.

I went to the office and 2 people in the waiting room Asked the friendly receptionist if it would be long and she said no. Got checked in and waited in a room for 30 minutes. Told receptionist I needed to leave in 10 minutes. She went and talked to the doctor. As I went to the front requesting a refund of my copay, heard Dr ask if I had left. I will not ever come back or recommend.
