I had a reservation for a DOT physical and because of a new computer system so they say, it was lost and instead of fixing it I had to wait forever. After my appointment I was told to wait for my paperwork. After another long wait I when to the front desk again and all they had to do was print it off. I asked why it took so long, and I was told that the provider did not tell them that I was done and ready for my paperwork.  I will be finding another provider in the future. I will not be recommending this office to anyone.

Extremely long wait for a drug screen, when on the phone they made it sound like you could walk right in easily. The front desk staff was rude, short, and impatient with people. The nurse or MA who did my drug screen was great!!  It was also absolutely freezing cold in the lobby

There is no need in having an “appointment” you’ll still sit and wait for over an hour. They are the slowest and most inconsiderate urgent care clinic I’ve seen.
