I couldn't take my appointment, I thought partial payment was possible but it's not. So I had to leave.

While there were lots of people scheduled, the wait wasn’t too bad. The PA Daniella was friendly and attentive. Super personable— as well as the rest of the staff. I prefer this urgent care over my regular doctor’s office!

Went to confirm Covid positive test and the protocol was excellent! Had me wait in my car so as not to spread the infection! A short wait, swab and got the confination of a positive test quickly! All questions were answered!

Booked a 10:15 appt slot…. Completed all the paperwork (including uploading insurance card images) arrived at 10:05… stood at the counter (with no staff member there- for more than 5min) An employee came over - no apology - She checked me in… and then the waiting really began.  I was finally “taken in” at 11:06…. vitals taken by nurse….   Put in a room to wait more..   nurse came in about 10min later - drew my blood. No rationale as to why - no one evaluating me / checking my symptoms (which were mostly Upper Respiratory) but no one ever listened to my lungs, etc. PA comes in.. tells me WBC is elevated and she’ll send the script to my pharmacy.  Again - lungs never listened to, my BP was 160 / 99 and no one seemed concerned. The PA never: touched me, palpated lymph nodes, listened to my heart… rechecked my BP.  If using elevated WBC is there only benchmark for prescribing - then do the blood draw as soon as you check patients in and cut down the wait time dramatically. OR - do a real physical examination (especially if you’re CPT Coding for a Comprehensive Exam - AND collecting an ER visit copay; which is typically much higher than a PCP Co-Pay is adding insult to injury.)

I didn't have an appointment, I walked in. I was the only patient in the waiting room and there was 1 person with the doctor. the woman at the desk said it won't be long. I filled out the paperwork and was called in within 5 minutes for BP, history, etc. I was then brought into the exam room, the nurse did some tests and said the doctor will be with me shortly. I waited over 1 hour for the doctor to come into the exam room. There were no emergencies ahead of me. Keeping in mind I wasn't feeling well, waiting this amount of time is unacceptable.

Have been battling a cold the past few days so I scheduled an appointment. When I arrived I waited for 45 minutes and, before being seen, was asked to pay my copay which totaled 150$. The receptionist explained that this was considered an emergency room visit and I asked where else that was mentioned since it wasn't noted on any of the paperwork I completed prior to my visit to which she said she didn't know. I left without being seen.
