Came in not feeling well.  Was seen within a matter of 10 minutes.  From beginning to end it was a positive experience.  I make at least two visits yearly and AFC does not disappoint with staff, colleagues and team work.  Tiffany the Nurse Practitioner was as understanding and empathetic as my prior visit.  She takes the time to listen, accepts feedback professionally, and offers suggestions for resolving issues.  I would not go elsewhere if I had to!  Thank you

Everyone at this facility went above and beyond. Starting from the front desk. Jillian RNP was amazing. She was very thorough and patient our visits to your location was due to my mom not feeling well. She speaks a different language and Jillian, and the nurses were all very patient. Seeing that I had to translate. Please recognize your staff. They are amazing group of young ladies.
