Required a drug screening for my job. Came in without a scheduled appointment, took a few minutes to fill out paperwork, checked-in, and left within 20 minutes of arriving. Very friendly staff that nicely and professionally confirmed my name since I look very little like my ID. Usually that can be more awkward, but it wasn't here.

Went as a walk-in. Was seen quickly. Staff was very friendly. They took care of my concerns and I was out in no time.  Thank you.

I was the only person in there at 3 pm on a Thursday afternoon, it took nearly an hour for them to see me. There was no one else in the queue according to the app so I was dumbfounded as to why it took so long.

Sorry nothing is wrong with scheduling that was mistake, I try to change it will not allow me to do so.

Had an earache , registering on line receptionist very helpful when ran into a few snags. Jenny attended yo me most amazing bed side manor, I must say!!!

It was a warm reception there . Everyone was kind even a little funny. welcoming Staff, Looking forword to coming back when I need help. Everyone was very respectful and sweet.

came in for a preemployment screening. Staff was courteous and facility was very clean.

I was bleeding last week in my toes,it was hurting so bad when I get there they took good care of me so quick, thank you I really appreciate it 🤗

The wait time was horrible for my test was too simple for me to wait that long

The location said it opened at 8am on its website, on signage and in a telephone call to confirm hours.  I was also told the location does not accept appointments.  Phone calls after the posted opening time to both office phone numbers went unanswered.  The manager who had the key to the office didn’t show up until after 9am with patients and other staff waiting in the parking lot.  The manager did not offer an apology and barked at patients to scans code and sit down while she continued a personal phone call.  She continued to be rude and on her personal phone call when checking in patients.  The nurse who conducted the testing was kind, knowledgeable and efficient.
