Had an appointment still waited an hour to be seen for less than 5 minutes.

Very easy to schedule appt but wait time to see the doctor was over 50 minutes despite having an appt

It was not busy at all when I went in, so I was able to get in and out pretty quickly. Everyone was super nice and I got all my questions answered.

Our son woke up with a sore throat and was able to easily schedule for an early morning appointment. Waited for a few minutes in the lobby, but once we got with the doctor, the review, test and diagnosis was super fast. Walked out with the right antibiotics and we were on our way. Their service, speed and thoroughness is much appreciated!!!

Online scheduling and online paperwork make it a breeze. Location is great. Hours convenient. Clean! Checking super easy and seen within 20 of check in. There was a longer than usual wait  once I was in my room and had seen the nurse for all the initial stuff but not too bad. Great bedside manner and all the staff is super friendly. I go here for all of my urgent care needs! I would definitely recommend!

I decided at the last minute to go in. It was easy to schedule an appointment online. You fill out all the forms and upload your insurance(if you have it) and you are all set! Check in online and then let them know when you arrive. The staff was all very friendly and helpful. I will definitely come back again if I am in need of service. Thank you!

I love this urgent care as you can book an appointment online heresies wasting hours waiting online for an appointment and they are super efficient upon check in. Best place in TC.

Booking appointment was very easy. Staff were friendly. Front desk person seemed half asleep but was nice. The PA I saw was nice but seemed either unsure of herself or not at her best. I came in for very different symptoms than I’ve had, having bronchitis and flu. I was concerned about pain when inhaling and pneumonia. She did not recommend an X-ray. She listened to my lungs, which sounded clear. She offered the Xray and said “Sometimes I listen and someone’s lungs are clear and they have pneumonia and sometimes they don’t sound clear and there’s nothing there.” I understand people have to make the best judgment they can. Given that my symptoms were complete new and actually consistent with pneumonia why not do the xray. Pain when inhaling, shortness of breath though not consistently, and I shared that phlegm started this morning although my coughs have not been productive. I opted for the Xray and turns out something was there—beginning stages of pneumonia likely. I don’t know. It was concerning how we proceeded given all the info she had available. Had the X-rays been clear, I’d still have the same concern. I’m not a doctor. Maybe this is all normal and expected. Concerning for me though.
