Almost everything was great. The staff was responsive and kind. I have nothing but positive things to say about the team. At the same time, I cannot deny that it doesn’t feel great to pay $75 for a referral to another doctor who will need additional payment. I was not aware that urgent care would only be able to deal with nail issues related to infections.  I would hope that there would be some sort of step to determine whether or not urgent care is appropriate for the issue when first signing up for the appointment or before paying.

Woke up with pain when I urinated and recognized it as a UTI. The cramping and burning was so bad that I knew I needed immediate help.  Fortunately I was taken as soon as I I checked in. The care was expedient and and thorough. The doctor made a recommendation re my blood pressure and wrote a prescription for an antibiotic.  I’m very grateful for the care I received.
