I take my teen daughters there all the time because it is so easy to get an appointment.  The nurse practitioners are beyond wonderful and listen to you.  They are very knowledgeable and all of the staff go to great lengths in my opinion to help you out. I have seen three different NPs and all have been equally knowledgeable and helpful.  Amini was the one we saw yesterday and she had us in and out .  Very empathetic and compassionate care .

I feel like scheduling was pointless because once I got there, I waited forever to just be acknowledged. I was just there to have my TB resulted I was initially told the comeback would be in and out, that show to not be true. I get that urgent care‘s have emergencies, but no one could come to the front and offer some type of explanation to calm the crowd as a courtesy. However, Hannah was awesome. Five stars to her.

My daughter has diarrhea and vomit all night, the scheduling was fast and an appointment was available soon for her, I am thankful for the staffs care everything was great. Great atmosphere and staff members were very caring.
