It’s a great place all around, everyone is very friendly and efficient. We will be returning to Hudson for urgent care needs in the future.

I went to the walk in twice this week and both times I was seen with minimal wait and treated with the kindest most compassionate provider. Richard was truly patient explaining the treatment of my condition. His years of experience shine through with his awesome bedside manner.

Went in waited 45 minutes everything was going fine then the front desk lady completely fucked up my prescription I called 2 times to confirm that the pharmacy was changed and it was sent was told yes and she never changed the pharmacy everyone else was good but she needs to be monitored whoever was on shift at the Hudson location between 3-5pm at the front desk

Scheduled an appt for 8am at the new AFC only to get there & be told the equipment was broken. Then went to a different AFC and the people at the desk were extremely rude. Waiting room was crowded & dirty. Never again!!

I came in for suspected strep throat (my child had just tested positive and I was a few days ahead of her in terms of symptoms. The doctor noted my throat was acutely red and looked like typical strep. The rapid test did not gather enough of a sample and barely touched my throat / back of mouth and came back negative. I was sent home without a prescription for antibiotics and told to come back (for another copay of course) in a few days. I went elsewhere, tested positive same day, and was given a prescription. Additionally, your urgent care wanted to test me for other illnesses, despite my only exposure being strep, and my symptoms being exactly the symptoms of strep. I felt like a number and a copay, and was rushed out the door. I was really excited about this urgent care opening near my house, but now I’m reluctant to return.

Easy online scheduling for appointment. I was seen immediately. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful with inputting my insurance info. The nurse was also patient and personable and professional. Richard Renner P.A. was extremely thorough in his exam, diagnosis and explanation of treatment. I highly recommend this urgent care location.

Effortlessly was able to check in and be seen quick and was diagnosed and prescribed in under an hour.

Excellent care!! Dr Erik was amazing, the receptionist was so kind and the staff was extremely knowledgeable!! I will only come here when I need care!! Thank you all so much!!
