I went in because I was pretty sure that I had a sinus and/or ear infection. The young woman at the front desk was very nice and personable. I barely waited 10 minutes before I was taken back. The young man who triaged me was very nonchalant and spoke in a mumble. I had to ask him to repeat himself multiple times. He attempted to take my blood pressure and the cuff was too small. It kept coming off. Instead of finding a bigger cuff, he gave up trying to get my blood pressure. When the Physician's Assistant came in, she seemed a little standoffish. She seemed to be rushing, and didn't really take her to my mentioning that I have very bad allergies and suffer from sinus and ear infections often. I don't even think a full 3 minutes passed before she was saying that I should just wait because it didn't appear that my ear was infected, although she saw fluid and I was having a lot of ear pain. I basically had to insist that I be given a prescription for antibiotics. She did give a prescription for antibiotics, and she left the room to get my discharge papers. I think I only saw her for maybe 5 minutes. Medical professionals need to listen and pay attention to their patients. Most of us know our bodies.

My whole family has now started coming here!!! There is only One provider so give her grace to see everyone she runs that entire urgent care with the help of an amazing team! She got my son, mother and brother in and out then when I went I only waited maybe 10 Minutes if that to be seen! Amazing staff, amazing place, safe, friendly, clean!!!!! I will definitely be making this our primary urgent care!

Very easy to schedule an appointment and receive assistance. The staff was very attentive and professional.

Dealing with a stubborn upper respiratory issue. Booking was easy. Facility was clean and nicely decorated for the holiday season. The office staff were friendly and wait time was short. I felt the medical staff were willing to listen, cared, and were knowledgeable. Overall a great experience, highly recommend.

I went to the facility as a walk in same day and received prompt care. The front desk staff were friendly, welcoming and check in was easy, timely and efficient. The nurse/X-ray technician was also super friendly, thorough and knowledgeable. The PA was compassionate and great at listening to my issue that brought me there. She made correct diagnosis and prescribed appropriate medication and treatment plan.  The facility itself seems new and very clean/organized. I've been to many urgent care facilities over the years so plenty use as comparison to this location and so overall my experience was 5 stars wonderful and I will return again if I have a need again in Huntersville.  .

Great staff!  Easy to schedule, check-in, and be seen.  Great bedside manner with both adults and children.  Breanna was awesome and thorough from the beginning to the end with care and consulting.

I needed an appointment to confirm I just had a common cold and nothing more serious. The online scheduling presented some difficulties for this tech challenged older adult, but the ladies at check-in were very helpful. I was also impressed by the back office staff. They were friendly and efficient.

Scheduling was a breeze and there were plenty of appt slots to choose from. There wasn't a wait and I was called promptly at my appt time. Staff were all friendly and I didnt feel ruahed during my appt. Would recommend and would book again if needed.
