Called at end of day but still got in for a 5:10 appointment. A little late in getting to me, but staff was good and thorough in doing testing preliminaries. Seen medically by NP Tracy and she was excellent in all ways, in addressing several inter-related medical issues and  easy bedside manner too. Got the prescriptions I needed, with good supplementary advice. Couldn’t have asked for more, especially with a last-minute appointment. Would definitely recommend this group.

The visit was fine, although the drug that was ordered for me is unavailable at the CVS in my area. To get the medication switched to a more available Covid med , I would have to go back to the Urgent for another visit. I don’t want to do that so I guess I will not be taking any meds. Frustrating to say the least. Not sure why the PA can just switch it for me without another visit.

Terrible system for checking in it makes seem you have a scheduled slot. Especially when the say get in 15 minutes before your time.  I got there 45 minutes before.  As i sat in the office I noticed my slot kept creeping farther from original time.   They closed at 4.  But didn’t get out until 5.  Just go there sign in when you get there.  Wasted 30 minutes for online scheduling
