The office team was good. Complaint is towards their online system, Solv. Easy to schedule and fill out basic information. Text from them had you 'check in' when you arrive and shows you where you are in wait line. It doesn't say you must also check in with the receptionist. I sat there past my appointment time then ask the receptionist. Yes, indeed I needed to actually check in with them, so the online check in meant nothing! Now I was put added as a 'walk-in' and put at the back of the waiting list. Which meant another hour.

Fantastic doctors! The staff in the back were super nice! Would’ve given this place 5 stars if the front desk lady wasn’t such a prick, had to wait around 20 minutes for her to even show up. Maybe add a bell or something in the front? 🛎️ aside from that excellent service, easy check-in and excellent care, very kind doctors too!

So the doctors were really nice and did a great job but the front desk lady was pretty rude. I asked her for her name and she said it was Latis I think? The first 20 minutes I was there, there was nobody in the front so I was just kinda looking around a little confused and that’s when she came out so -2 stars for her negative attitude but +3 stars for the doctors being nice and doing an awesome job. Easy check in, kind staff in the back, good care, easy scheduling.

Front desk was unprofessional having personal conversations on the phone I heard in the waiting area. Also yelling to get other staff members to respond to her. This is regarding front desk. The PA was great and very professional as well as the X-ray tech.
