the doctor RA'Shun was very unhelpful and had a very disgusting attitude towards me and even had to switch to another doctor in the building because I called her out on her arrogance of gossiping behind my room not knowing I'm hearing and have the flu and I'm currently been waitin to get checked in for 3 HOURS but then everyone else was helpful and cool other than her. I currently needed my work excuse to be extended for just one more days since I had chills and throwing up but she refused and said my three days Thursday-Saturday were fine however return the next day.! So I refuse this customer service from a doctor And DEMAND. A higher up

While I appreciate the politeness and professionalism of the front medical staff, (Which has been a great improvement since my previous visits) my experience with the doctor I saw was disappointing. The doctor appeared exasperated, rushed through the consultation, and made a condescending remark when asking for information that the facility had documented during my visit two days prior but now seemed unable to locate. I find it troubling when overworked healthcare providers allow their frustrations or biases to affect their interactions with patients and I am tired of this pattern with my concerns. Empathy and bedside manner are essential in a profession that deals with health and life-or-death situations no matter how small the health concern is. If these qualities are lacking, it raises concerns about whether one should pursue such a critical role. I feel its one of the main professionals that should not be pursued for the interest of money but healthcare/insurance companies have become such a business over care and its unfortunate. Additionally, the doctor attempting to placate me by calling me "friend" at the end of our session when it was clear I was upset felt dismissive and did little to address the issue.

Went in thinking I had an ear infection, luckily just some inflammation. Steroids for the next 5 days and I’ll be good as new. Thank you for the prompt and friendly service. Would highly recommend!

Excellent service provided.  Check-in was speedy and interactions with the medical staff was professional and caring.  After I left, I drove straight to pharmacy where my prescription was there waiting on me.

Didn’t make an appointment. I was involved in a car accident. Went in for pain.

With all the weather changes I caught a cold but when I came I knew I was in good hands and it was good to see Samantha again she is always pleasant and understanding

(I was a walk in; I didn’t schedule.) Overall my experience was positive. I would suggest, though, that more of an effort to triage patients should be made, rather than going strictly first come/first served. I arrived in severe pain from an already infected animal bite but was forced to wait while two other patients who appeared perfectly well, in no obvious distress at all, were seen ahead of me. I needed an antibiotic (and pain relief) immediately.  Also, I had to almost insist on an immediate antibiotic. I was going to be discharged with a Rx called in to CVS, who were so overwhelmed they could not/would not fill it until THE NEXT DAY. I may yet develop sepsis because of this. Thank goodness I did get a shot before I left.  Finally: if the care plan includes pain relief, DON’T WAIT until discharge to provide it. Give it immediately.

Had all symptoms of a sinus infection I get about once a year. Was told I wouldn’t be able to get antibiotics so I felt I needed to call my regular doc instead.

Scheduling was easy. Staff was really friendly. Stephanie was great, she did a blood draw and I didn't feel a thing.

Went in yesterday. Was in and out in an hour. Very professional.  Highly recommend them
