I made an appointment for 10:30 because I had been battling a cold for over a week. When I arrived, I was informed that they were running 40 minutes behind. I decided to wait. I was let into the room at 11:30. Nurse took my vitals and asked if they could do a strep test and flu test. No one return to administer my test but somehow the paper works indicates that they were negative. At 1pm I went to check with front desk because I had still not been seen. Waiting an hour and half in the treatment room is ridiculous. Claiming that you performed test that you did not administer is unethical and dangerous to patient's health. You used to be such better ran convenient option. You have lost my business and trust.

Everything went very smoothly from scheduling to check in to care of the nurse and provider.  Thank you so much!

Waiting time is 1:30 so had to return without seeing a doctor

My son was on day 3 of a croupy cough. I made an appt online. There were several early ones to choose from, but I selected a 9:30 appt so we had time to get ready. I was told at check in it was a 30 minute wait, even with an appt. There was only 1 other person in the waiting room at the time. We waited more than 45 minutes to be seen and the appt was less than 5 minutes. It doesn’t make sense that the appt was so quick, yet we waited as long as we did. Was disappointed to spend so much time waiting. The staff, including at check in and the intake nurse, also seemed overwhelmed. It felt like Covid times. Minimal interaction, not overly friendly or personable. Not the experience I am used to when I have visited in the past.

I was able to schedule easily online. Arrived in time for my appointment. The floors in the waiting area had some trash and also in the waiting rooms. I waited about 30 minutes in the room. They were busy. Dr and staff were great. I didn’t receive an email like normal summarizing my visit. Kind of strange.

Scheduling was easy, wait time was not soo bad. Only concern was We had to wait inside the exam room more than usual. Exam room was hot and the exam bed was not having interchangeable covering like every medical facility usually have, that change for every patient. My kid had to sit on a plain bed. That give me hesitation to believe we have cared much.

Quick, sufficient, and most of all they listened! Quicker than Texas children and very clean and convenient.

I scheduled online at my home, checked in and was immediately called back. In and out in approximately 30 minutes. I believe that was a record time for my experience. Yes, I would recommend this provider.

Sign on the door advertises no wait however even with a scheduled appointment online we always wait - both in the waiting room and when we get sent back to the room

Been feeling like crap for a week and finally couldn't take it anymore (was out of town) Scheduling was a breeze. Check-in was great, staff was very courteous. Was able to change my pharmacy to the CVS just a few blocks away so I could get my meds quickly and start feeling better sooner. Couldn't be happier. Was just telling my daughter in law how great it was.
