Was a follow up visit from a week earlier. Hopefully it works this time. Has been stubborn. Good care, very convenient. I like going there vs doctor office.

Receptionists were super nice, doctor was super friendly and knew a lot of information! Great and affordable.

I had an appointment and still had to wait 30 minutes to be taken to the back. The X-ray technician was very nice and helpful. When the nurse came in, she took my blood pressure and asked what type of test I wanted. I was surprised—shouldn't it be her job to inform me about that? She didn’t ask about my symptoms at all.  The nurse practitioner then came in and simply told me I had the flu and that she would be calling in a prescription for Tamiflu. That was it—there was no physical examination, such as listening to my lungs or checking my throat.  Afterward, I walked to the front to get my doctor's note. A young woman, who was chewing gum and sitting with her legs wide open, asked me what I needed. I told her I was there for my work note. She replied that it would be emailed to me and that was the end of the conversation. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience.

Scheduling was super easy and I got right in first thing in the morning. Kelly was awesome and provided a lot of good information to me.

My provider did not recommend I test for flu/covid, based on my reported symptoms. I requested to get tested anyway for peace of mind, and was denied. The provider stated that I could request to be swabbed, but didn’t think I needed to. After being told to sit tight and that my prescriptions would be sent over to the pharmacy, I waited about 30 mins before peeping my head out of the door. The nurse told me I had been discharged already, as I was not aware. She said that the front office must have gotten busy and forgot to come get me. After again requesting to be swabbed, she stated my chart was closed and could not be re opened. She stated that they are extremely busy, and other people are waiting. I told her I waited too, and already paid for my visit. I was denied again a flu/covid swab. I am a nurse, and am very disappointed and honestly really frustrated with the lack of advocacy for me. I understand the steps of care based on symptoms, but I still requested for a service that I know is available. I also understand that the facility was slammed, but my care and concerns are just as important as other patient’s in their care. I had one lonesome home Covid test in my medicine cabinet. I took it when I got home, and sure enough, it’s positive. I am extremely disappointed that I was not advocated for, and most likely will not return to this facility. As a healthcare professional, patient advocacy is at upmost importance to me.  The front office staff  was pleasant and scheduling was easy to access and to book, other than the wait in the exam room before seeing the provider.

I was being treated for rheumatic fever and I didn't have any kind of support from the nurse practitioner, I simply waited to receive a no without compassion for the pain I felt at the moment, it was a holiday and I couldn't contact the doctor to prescribe me the corticosteroid, I had all the evidence of the diagnosis and I asked for some pills until I talked to the doctor and he said NO and didn't examine me and didn't have any compassion for the pain I felt at that moment!

Very easy to schedule. No wait time. Staff was very nice. Issue resolved. Thanks
