I made an appointment for nasal congestion and wheezing, the online check-in is easier than walking in and when I arrived, I was seen within a few minutes. The staff is very professional and friendly.

This will be our “go to” urgent care from now on. Minimal wait time, friendly staff and the doctor on call listened to our concern and ordered an x-ray after examining my daugher’s wrist. Results were in within minutes. We’ve visited several urgent care facilities in the area and this one far exceeds all of the others.

No one wants to get a call about their child needing x-rays due to a fall, but very grateful we were seen very quickly and able to get x-ray results within minutes.

Wonderful staff.  Not sure it was worth making an appointment.  Got there at 9:45 for my 10:00 appointment.  The four people who were already waiting got in ahead of me.  Did everyone have a 10:00 appointment?

I had such a terrible experience with Edward Nwaboh. His bedside manner is terrible and he completely disregarded anything I was saying to describe my throat pain and nose/chest congestion and proceeded to ask if I'm sexually active instead. Also I'm not sure how u can see someone's throat from a few feet away, which is where he stood even though he was wearing a mask terrible examination. I was only prescribed an anti inflammatory steroid not an antibiotic for an allergic reaction despite mentioning I do not have a history of that, but I have received a antibiotic for a similar infection since I teach children and am exposed to a lot of different things throughout the year. I have been to this clinic before and seen under a different doctor and her service was fantastic but after this experience I will not be returning extremely disappointed he should not be allowed to have direct patient interaction.

The person who took my vitals and X-rays had the absolute WORST customer service skills. She lacked empathy and show absolutely no regard for the pain that caused me to have to visit this center. Thankfully the other staff was super professional and caring. I told that Tech that she provided the worst patient experience I’ve ever had. I don’t even think training or re-training will help.  She single-handedly created a BAD experience for me.

I made an appointment for 10:30 because I had been battling a cold for over a week. When I arrived, I was informed that they were running 40 minutes behind. I decided to wait. I was let into the room at 11:30. Nurse took my vitals and asked if they could do a strep test and flu test. No one return to administer my test but somehow the paper works indicates that they were negative. At 1pm I went to check with front desk because I had still not been seen. Waiting an hour and half in the treatment room is ridiculous. Claiming that you performed test that you did not administer is unethical and dangerous to patient's health. You used to be such better ran convenient option. You have lost my business and trust.
