My husband attempted to see a doctor for two consecutive days but was told to return because his spot had been given away. On the second day, he arrived at 11:00 AM and was instructed to come back at 1:05 PM. I held a spot for myself at 1:10 PM since i was also not feeling well, but upon our arrival, we found ten people in front of us, and the wait was over an hour. At that point, my husband managed to get an appointment with his primary care doctor, and we decided to leave. I don’t understand why he was told to come back several times when the sign says walk-ins are welcome. Additionally, why do they schedule spotholder times every five minutes when we clearly have to wait for hours to see a doctor? It would also be nice if the staff could be a bit friendlier instead of giving one-word answers and displaying attitudes.

Walk in patient. Check in was good and easy and convenient. Staff were accommodating and friendly.

Make appointment online was easy but I have to wait there over hour. This is something wrong. Doctor looks he have no time for me or he is scared to catch the flu. I was satisfied first time but this time I'm very disappointed.

Was traveling and needed care. Facility was easy to find. Registration was excellent. Time wait was good staff was excellent and nurse was very skilled!

Everyone in the office were so kind and thoughtful and caring

The doctor on staff was rude and not at all perceptive to my need. I had to go to another pediatric care facility to get my medical care taken care of. He refused to X-ray my foot that would have shown that it was not a break from the injury sustained earlier but that it was pain caused by arthritis. A simple x-ray which he refused to give , would have given me the diagnosis I needed. I hope this does not happen to another person coming to that facility. Thank you for allowing me to bring this to your attention.

Dr.Sanchez was ill mannered and short the facility was dirty I would never go back here

A Medical Provider refused to provide a standard physical examination. Patient (B) approached The Provider (M) with detailed documents he requested. Went there with pain and left not knowing anything more than I did before I got there!

Easy to access and set up. App as well   Staff was profesional office was clan and Well organized. The Care was great, thorough and explained clearly.
