It’s not right to ask the reason of the visit in front of other patients. Specially when the front desk has a window between us and I have to speak loudly. Doesn’t that violate HIPAA law?

The clean my wound but when it came to covering he didn’t care. He just threw on the gauze and tap until I told him it was coming off. He then wrapped it and I told him the wrap was failing. He didn’t care. The way he wrapped it I couldn’t walk properly the staff tried to help but seem scared. I left limping hard then I can im. By the time I left to pick up my meds, my whole dressing came off! I ran for the bathroom and struggled to put it in probably. All because he didn’t care! Worse experience with a doctor who was supposed treat a second degree burn! Horrible. I never want that dr in care of me again!

To pick a time slot was easy but just the filling out the insurance questionnaire took a long time. Especially as far as filling in social security number. I don’t know why that’s relevant because nothing of our information has changed in the past 5 years. Can you please add a button to say no change to your insurance, or even address then update it. Other than that if everything is still the same. I wouldn’t have to go through 16 pages of the same insurance information and social security #. Who changes their SS#?
