Very professional and excellent treatment, Very good and fast service

It was easy and quick to make appointment and be seen. I explained to assistant, and the doctor in 2 separate occasions what was going on with me. That I have not slept in 2 days because of my coughing, and I think that I pulled something because it was soo bad. Then a different guy comes in just hands me 3 pieces of paper, and says we’re done. Then he leaves. I step out of room, there is no one here. I like crazy looking for the exit Fianally find it. Go to reception to speak to someone, and no one is there. They ended up sending my prescription to a pharmacy I don’t use and that was closed. Didn’t even give me the script on the pad. The doctor knowing in how much distress I was. So I spent a whole other night with no sleep. I thought there was not much care from doctors part.  She didn’t even check me to see regarding what I had told her that I had pulled something. I wouldn’t recommend the doctor, the place maybe.

Staff was very friendly and very understanding.  Explained the process in a way that we all understood.

A waste of time & I felt like the appointment did not go as planned. I did not feel heard.

Front desk people are rude and nasty. This place has terrible and ghetto workers. The care could be way better and actually have the provider go in depth. I’ve been to the AFC in Bloomfield and it’s way better then this place. They take over 40 mins to call you in and if you ask the front desk people for a ETA, they seem to have attitudes and terrible facial expressions. They’ll also bring you into a room and make you wait an additional 30-40 mins. I’m sorry you don’t like your job! The place also looks dirty and feels unsanitary. On top of that, I brought my sister in and the lady at the front desk said they require “verification from a parent” which is fine, but her tone and delivery were terrible. I would much rather go to the ER or drive a but further for better quality care. On top of all of this a lady made me walk out the back door with a sick child.

Terrible wait time while Sanchez looked at my X-ray almost 2 hours, he walks in said take some pain medicine and you’ll be good, not a good experience at all

This is by far one of the worse urgent cares  I’ve been to. I didn’t just walk in I scheduled my visit and still had to wait. The physician and part of the staff lacked genuine patient care. Didn’t show concern or anything just wanted to get me out of there.  Barely told me what was wrong and I basically left there with no resolution or relief. And the only reason I went to that one is because the one near my home was closed.

Short wait time which was great, quick and easy visit ! Considering that it’s the holiday season I thought it was going to be tough but it was good my son was able to be seen and treated quickly.
