Same day service! I was surprised to see that your medical staff were all young enough to be my children! Dr. Florvil included. 🤣.. I was taken back by their professionalism and knowledge within their profession! Dr. Florvil, was awesome she gave me hope and relieved me of my doubts and fear that I had, that my issues outside of her care are treatable, and even gave tips to start my journey and get on the right path. I won’t doubt the younger generation ever again! 🤣

The receptionist, assistant, and doctor were all very professional and had great bed side manners. The office is clean.

Was fighting symptoms for a few days when I decided to go to urgent care. Check in was easy to do. The lobby was clean and in good condition. Staff were very professional and helpful.

Everyone was nice besides the doctor, I didn't feel he really cared....

From out of town, woke up feeling awful. Was able to get in, get diagnosed, meds called in and on the way to feeling better. The staff was friendly and attentive. Would recommend!

I walked in in horrible shape - barely breathing with a bad asthma attack- , from the front desk’s super nice young lady to the very helpful nice nurse and a very knowledgeable Dr. they all took well care of me. After an hour or so left the clinic in much better shape with very clear in home treatment instructions. I definitely know where to go if I need help again. I am impressed with every single person I interacted with during my visit.

We brought our infant daughter to your clinic after she had been experiencing a persistent fever for several days. She was already on antibiotics, and we were seeking professional medical guidance to understand and address her condition. Regrettably, our visit to your facility left us alarmed and unsatisfied for several reasons: 1. Inappropriate Medical Advice: We were advised to use NyQuil, DayQuil to manage her symptoms. These medications are not safe or appropriate for infants, and this advice displayed a troubling lack of understanding of pediatric care. 2. Dismissive Assessment: The individual who examined our daughter claimed her red ears were due to “screaming” and offered no further insights or tests. This felt dismissive and failed to address our concerns. 3. Unclear Qualifications: It was only after the visit that we learned the person examining our daughter was not a doctor. This was not communicated during the consultation, and we expected our daughter to be seen by a qualified physician. Due to the lack of appropriate care and alarming recommendations, we left your facility and went directly to the emergency room for a second opinion. The ER staff determined that our daughter needed a change in treatment and administered intramuscular antibiotics through shots to her legs over three days. This urgent intervention underscores how crucial it was for us to seek a professional opinion after the inadequate care at this clinic. This experience has raised serious concerns about the standards of care provided at your urgent care facility, particularly for young children. I urge you to review this incident thoroughly and take steps to ensure: • Medical advice given is evidence-based and appropriate for the patient’s age and condition. • The qualifications of staff are clearly communicated to patients. • Providers take patient concerns seriously and investigate them thoroughly. I hope my feedback will prompt meaningful improvements so that no other family has to endure a similar experience.
