Went in because my ear was painful and plugged. The nurses tried. Nothing worked. The nurse practitioner, she’s been there awhile, she came in and basically said there is nothing more she can do, go buy this medicine at the store and if it doesn’t work then come back in a couple days. I do not care for the nurse practitioner there. I find her to be mean and unprofessional in her work. She comes into my room whether I’m there with my kids or it’s just me and I already know nothing is going to happen

Staff is friendly. Only issue was my daughter’s illness didn’t get diagnosed correctly. To their credit, she didn’t mention ear pain in her summary to the staff. However, she was found to have a double ear infection the following day by her pediatrician. If the staff had taken extra steps and checked her ears, they may have noticed an issue.
