the staff member that i had in the back office was rude. i work health care and this is an example of how to not treat patients especially first time patients  and there was a long wait time.

Worst experience I ever had in a Urgent Care. The front desk team had zero to none excitement in receiving myself and my kid. Nurses were great but very bad experience with the rest of the team. Went straight to the pharmacy to take the meds for my kid and the prescription wasn’t there. After several calls and no luck of getting a hold of someone I decided to go back to AFC, it was still 7:50 but no one wanted to held to open the system and send it again. “You have to come tomorrow”, which wasn’t possible as we had plans to travel. We did and without our prescription.

Look up this morning with a hard time swallowing. Book appointment online filled out my paperwork online got an appointment within an hour and was in and out with 30 minutes with the diagnosis and relief. Definitely recommend this place.

I went in for a TB test, the staff was very friendly. The process was quick, easy, and painless. The Health professional (can't remember her name) that placed my test did a great job and had good bedside manner.

Super easy and great customer service. Also they take Tricare! Will definitely use them again

Booking an appointment for a sick visit was easy, done online. The receptionist is super helpful and professional, took care of all the formalities quickly. In spite of the long wait for the doctor, the service and care were great, fast and efficient.

The nurse practitioner had terrible bedside manner. She refused to prescribe an antibiotic to me even though I had a high fever (102 degrees) from a previous cold. She wanted to give me allergy medication which made no sense at all. She was not empathetic at all. I saw another doctor and was able to get an antibiotic and now I am doing better. I will not be back.
