I’ve always had very good experiences at this urgent-care… once I get out of the waiting room. I go through the effort of signing up for an appointment (or, joining the line, I guess) and still had to wait over an hour and a half! The care is great, and the staff are nice… but maybe they just don’t have enough staff? Not sure, but I’ll be seeking a different urgent care next time.

Came here because my cold was not getting better, amd the wellbutrin I was prescribed while in treatment for mental health and addiction was almost gone. Turns out I had the flu. Kristin was super nice and set me up with everything I need. The whole experience took under an hour. Highly recommend!

The receptionist upon checking in wasn't the most welcoming, more "ehh" that there was someone at the counter when she returned. She was a little friendlier when she called me up the next time tho. The MA that called me back was quick & proficient and the wait for the PA to come in was probably less than 5 min. She was friendly, had a great bedside manner, very proficient. She showed concern for my level of pain and was able to get me out quickly without having to wait for discharge papers. Overall, a great experience for the need just as always. We've Never had a bad experience at this office.
