forgot to make appointment but walk ins just have to scan a qr code to join the waitlist. Besides waiting 30 minutes with nobody in front of me I felt a great deal of relief from the staff all knowing what they're doing.

My appointment was 8am.  Doctor didn’t get to office until about 8:10am. He checked me out, then ran to get a paper to hand to me and said I can go.  He didn’t bother to tell me what I had or what was wrong with me, and didn’t explain what medicine he prescribed me.  Few days later and I still don’t feel good.  The medicine did not help.

Check in was very fast and efficient. The medical assistant and NP that were with me were very efficient and professional. Very happy with the whole visit.

Check in staff was great per usual, nurse was very attentive, dr was great. I am very satisfied with my service everytime I come here & so is my wife. HOWEVER… The owner’s of this facility should be ashamed of themselves for the lack of caring they have for the customer and their own employees. The cold temperature to which both have to endure inside the lobby and back inside the triage area and rooms in the winter is ridiculous. I have seen people register and leqve because it was too cold in the facility. You should treat your employees better. I would not recommend your facility because of this, especially to older people who are already sick when they walk in thru your doors. Shame on you, please do better.

This is a walk-in visit to address my acute bronchitis. After a prolonged wait (understandably), I received a great care from very friendly staff and was able to get the prescribed medicine before CVS closed. My overall experience is more than satisfactory as evidenced by my ratings.

They should tell in advance how much would be waiting time, waiting for 2.30 hours without knowing how long you would wait is kind of punishment.

I went in with a sore throat lasting 3 weeks. The only symptom they wanted to hear was if I had a fever which I did not. I was not given antibiotic medicine, meanwhile I can’t sleep because I can’t breathe. The nurse took my temp and gave me a strep test. The doctor listened to my lungs, looked in my ear, and looked at my throat. My throat was bothering me the most and the doctor looked at it for 2 seconds. That whole examination was a total 2 minutes. I just needed help and now I’ll be charged for a bad visit. I absolutely will not recommend.

Wait time wasn't ideal but that's understandable and not really in the staffs control. My nurse was very polite and straight to the point, she was very helpful and immediately knew the answers to all my questions, and got everything done very fast.
