I needed a DOT physical. Very quick to make the appointment then super easy to get it done. Staff was very friendly and caring. Would not hesitate to go here again.

I walked in, no appointment made. Wait wasn’t to bad. The receptionist was wonderful, greeted me and very kind. Dawn took my culture, so easy to talk to, which is very important. Doctor was was very professional, sharing her expertise  as a doctor. I would definitely recommend.

I like the fact that I was able to make an appointment the same day. I haven’t been feeling well for a few days so I decided to schedule an appointment online. The whole process was quick and easy. The minute I walked in I was greeted with such a friendly smile. Not only from the receptionist but also someone in the back. After checking me in which took a few minutes, I was instructed to have a seat. Well, within 10 minutes, my name was called and I went into the examination room. Kimberly took care of me with all the usual questions, took my blood pressure and checked on my symptoms. After running the necessary tests Desiree the nurse practitioner then came in to see me and gave me the diagnosis. She then prescribed medication and gave me some suggestion on what else to take to ease my symptoms. Both ladies were very kind and cordial. On the way out everyone wished me well. I definitely would go back to this facility and would recommend to anyone!

I was seen right away and the women working the front desk were incredibly nice. The PA was also very nice, thorough and listened to me. I had a small issue checking in because they got a new system and the web page kept failing, but once we got through that everything was a breeze. 10/10 experience, thank you!!!

Was able to schedule 2 hrs out for 1030 but didn’t get seen until 11:20. Don’t let people schedule online if it’s not going to be remotely close. Staff great, appointment process not good at all.

Was battling UTI pain and in and out with diagnosis and prescription.  It was a great experience.

I have been to this urgent care before and each time I walk out feeling like it was worth every minute and penny. The staff is friendly throughout the whole process from checkin until discharge. I love the new online check in (even if you walk in) so you can monitor the wait time. My only regret this time was not coming in sooner so that I was eligible for tamaflu. Unfortunately, I waited too long to get checked and was outside the window. Highly recommend this urgent care facility.

I was checked in by a friendly and thorough man. My wait time was not very long at all with my appointment slot. I was taken into the room by a nurse and she asked questions about why I was there and took my vital signs. I explained I had a baby in the nicu and wanted to get myself tested for flu, rsv and covid to make sure I wasn't carrying anything potentially harmful to my 2 month premature baby. She came back in the room and swabbed me only for covid and flu. The doctor came in and I again explained my situation and symptoms she listened and offered other possible issues and that even if I tested negative I could still carry something to my baby. She was polite and understanding. I asked her if they had an rsv swab to test me. She went out to the area where the nurse was to ask if they had any rsv swabs available and the nurse snapped back that yes they were over there. She also snapped "that girl don't have rsv," then came in my room with an inconvenienced attitude and proceeded to swab my nose for rsv. Left and closed the door sharply behind her while I again heard her stating the swab was bloody and muttering more of her displeasure under her breath. Last I checked the test or my visit wasn't coming out of her paycheck nor did she pay for it so her attitude and know it all attitude was not professional nor warranted. I simply went in there to try to keep my baby safe and see if my congestion was anything that has been going around since I've been in a hospital for 3 weeks at that point. The front desk guy and the physician assistant or doctor were great that day but the nurse was not and her attitude and opinion were not needed.
