In extream pain from back muscle. Had to leave site to take id pictures to go back to site to load pictures. Did not work. Drove to location, receptionist was RUDE to put it nicely. I am standing in front of her crying in pain and all she says is use the app. I tell her I cant see straight cant she just take my cards and do what needs to be done. She tells me to "just scan the barcode on the desk" i do and it does not work. By this point I felt like I should just go to ER. I SHOULD HAVE LISTENED TO MYSELF! She is being a ***** because I dont know the exact street address of my pharmacy. I told her 3 times it is at the corner of Starkey & East Bay. Almost 2 hours to get a rx for muscle relaxers and recomendations for OTC pain killers, which i told them i had been doing for 2 days, rest, ice packs and alternating with heat; which i told them i had been doing for 2 days, sure wish they listened. $$$ to be told to do what wasnt working.

The website was great and easy to use but the wait list made it seem like I'd be seen immediately and I waited for an hour. They also didn't have the solution to run a flu test during flu season...

Nurse Shelby was amazing. She was so kind and made my daughter not feel judged. She was very kind and helpful

I walked into the clinic on Sunday morning and was pleased to see how clean it was. I was immediately greeted by the front desk who were professional and friendly. I had a VIP experience here thanks to Jackie and Sheyla and I’m feeling much better today! I highly recommend.

Had two stitches on lip removed. Check in was easy.

Been sick for four days, went on line last night made an  appointment for the next morning at 8:00,   Was in at eight and promptly examined, would go back again if needed.

I woke up this morning with chills and body aches and throat sore nose respiratory issues I was able to schedule I came in earlier than my appointment the girls were so friendly behind the desk they all were very compassionate they took me back right away the doctor didn't see me was very very thorough I couldn't ask for better I always would recommend AFC on ulmerton urgent care for everyone's needs

Left the visit in worst condition than I arrived. The provider was very cold and had me self administer a test.
