My husbands appointment was OK. They didn’t check my husband for pink eye, even though I explained the milky discharge from his eyes. So six hours later when he woke up with his eyes completely crusted over I called back to urgent care to ask again and they told me I’d have to pay over $100 for him to come back in again When they should’ve just addressed it when we were there 6 hours before.

We woke up on Christmas Eve to one child complaining of an earache and the other having a low-grade fever. Despite being the day before Christmas and lunchtime, we had a zero wait time. The staff were fantastic and the doctor was able to diagnose both kids within 30 minutes. One kid had an ear infection and the other had the flu. We’ve always had a great experience at this facility and prefer it to our family doctor most times.

I was hit by a car, at the post office, while walking my mail to the drop box. (unbelievable). Fortunately, I was able to refuse an ambulance, but felt I needed an x-ray on my knee. The facility was not busy and I was able to get in and out within 30 minutes. The doctor was amazing. And so was the staff.
