I have been sick for over a  week and decided it was time to see someone. My regular doctor was booked so I went to AFC.  They were so thorough and so nice.   I felt like Vicki really listened and that she actually cared about how I felt. It was as nice to leave a doctors appointment and feel cared about.

The intake form is not based on science.  The form asked me my Sex then Gender.  That is based on a non reality based criteria,  driven by a woke, DEI religion.  There are XX or XY chromosomes which drive your biological gender.  Please step away from these gender sensitive non science based questions.

check in process was relatively easy. The staff was super friendly and service was quick!

Patient care was outstanding. PA was excellent in diagnosing and prescribing the correct medication. X-ray tec was very quick and good. Nothing but praise for this facility and staff! Highly recommend this Urgent Care location.

I was amazed at the user friendliness of the whole process this morning, especially the “touchless” way I was able to input info on my phone and take photos of my cards, driver’s license, etc. The polite young woman offered to help me, but I needed very little help. The PA was especially cordial and utterly professional. She “threaded the needle” perfectly, in that she took the time to interact with me meaningfully, while at the same not taking an undue amount of time. I sensed that she cared about me. It came across. She offered me options, which I really appreciated.

Had an upper respiratory infection, I was seen promptly and professionally. Will come back for any future needs.

Staff was exemplary!  Absolutely can’t say enough about how thorough, thoughtful, and caring they all were. Everyone - receptionist to doctor - was amazing. Thank you.

Easy and fast appointment. But staff should listen to patient. My information was entered incorrectly (weight and height) and my prescription was sent to the wrong pharmacy.  I was able to call back and have it sent to correct location.
