Easy and fast appointment. But staff should listen to patient. My information was entered incorrectly (weight and height) and my prescription was sent to the wrong pharmacy.  I was able to call back and have it sent to correct location.

Walked in on a Saturday with stomach and back pain. I was nauseous and concerned about possible Kidney issues.  There were no other cars in the parking lot due to it being like 8am. We ended in waiting 45 minutes because no one knew we were there dispute having checked in on the iPad at the front desk. They did a urinalysis test and I still haven’t gotten the results. It’s been almost a week and a half and they said 48 hours. have called 3 times and it’s a different story every time. At first they hadn’t sent it yet, then the insurance was filled out wrong (on their part, they filled out the form), then they can’t find my results. I called today and have been waiting 3 hours for a call back.

I took my child to AFC Urgent Care without an appointment Saturday morning and she was seen right away. The receptionist/nurse was very friendly and upbeat. The nurse practitioner was very nice and explained everything clearly. This was the best urgent care experience I’ve had in the past 20 years.  I would definitely recommend this place!

Checked ng for the 3rd time at n one week was very difficult today. The check-n personal n claimed I was not recorded in the system . Had to spend30 minutes just in the beginning

My granddaughter woke up this morning with a slight fever sore throat stuffy nose and stiff neck. Decided to wait an hour to see if any symptoms improved When they did not went to clinic as a walk-in. As soon as I completed the paperwork she was seen  Examination and test were done and completed very professionally The meds prescribed by the doctor worked wonders She was able to go back to school the next day. Thank you for excellent service

I went in for severe shoulder pain and I have had many experiences with urgent care visits. This was by far the best experience ever. The rad tech and the nurse practitioner were very responsive and knowledgeable.

Schedule my son's appt online and once we arrived we were in and out within 30 mins. Staff was friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back.

I noticed this morning that I had a new infection at my fingernail, next to the one that my dermatologist was treating. I couldn’t get in to see the dermatologist for over a day and I didn’t want to let the infection keep growing so I went to urgent care. I got treated promptly and the infection started healing right away. Very good, prompt care. Staff was very nice and efficient. I recommend AFC Urgent Care highly.

Was seen very fast, the PA saw me within minutes of checking in. She was caring and helpful.
