Quick check in and prompt attention. Great staff and the doctor was awesome as he didn't rush my care and treated me with efficiency.

Pain in my left ankle, didn’t know where to go. Looked up urgent care, Lodi popped up. I went online booked my appointment for the afternoon. Filled out paperwork online, so easy. Arrived, taken in with in minutes. The staff very friendly. I would definitely recommend this provider. Nice atmosphere, clean, and friendly.

I called to ask if they had flu and Covid test. And if they take my insurance. The staff was very friendly especially the medical assistant was very supportive. She comfort me in every way hate getting Covid test done. She was fantastic will visit that urgent care again.

Scheduling the appointment was fast and easy. I arrived on time barely waited in the waiting room, not even 5 minutes. Both the technician and doctor were extremely friendly, fast, and communicative. They made my experience amazing and i will definitely be back

Wait time was and always is outrageous despite booking online beforehand, although the office isn’t busy waited 2 hours to be seen. It is not the first time I have had to wait 2 hours. Usually 1 hour in the waiting room and 1 hour in the room waiting to be seen.

I walked into the clinic for the first time Tuesday. The place was beautiful! The front desk staff were very friendly and guided me through the online registration process - which was very quick and easy. I didn't have to wait long to be seen. The nurse was also incredibly sweet - they were attentive and took my vitals, chief complaint, & basic medical history. I didn't have to wait long after that too see the doctor. The doctor was very gentle and conducted a thorough examination. While he couldn't do anything about the cyst on the back of my knee himself, he was able to diagnose the issue and give me the information for a doctor who could drain it. Overall, I'm very pleased with my visit. I'll definitely be stopping in again next time I require medical care!

Diagnosed covid during second trimester pregnant. Wait time was minimal and staff was exceptional.

I knew I had a UTI, it was easy to make an appointment, wait time was fine for a Sunday afternoon and received professional care. My prescription was sent to my pharmacy immediately. My primary care of choice!

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent experience at your urgent care facility. I brought my son in for care, and unfortunately, the service we received from Nurse Practitioner Stephanie was far from what I expected. From the start, Stephanie was not particularly friendly and seemed unprepared, as she did not have her stethoscope with her and made no effort to thoroughly examine my son. Her demeanor came across as dismissive, which made an already stressful situation even more difficult.Despite explaining to her that my fiancé had been tested at your facility earlier in the day and was diagnosed with the flu, she did not test my son or offer any relevant care. Instead, she told me to go to the ER, saying there was nothing she could do. This lack of attentiveness and care was incredibly frustrating and concerning, especially as I’ve visited your facility before and never had an issue like this. This was by far the worst experience I’ve had at your urgent care, and I hope this feedback is taken seriously to ensure better care and professionalism in the future.
