Diagnosed covid during second trimester pregnant. Wait time was minimal and staff was exceptional.

I knew I had a UTI, it was easy to make an appointment, wait time was fine for a Sunday afternoon and received professional care. My prescription was sent to my pharmacy immediately. My primary care of choice!

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent experience at your urgent care facility. I brought my son in for care, and unfortunately, the service we received from Nurse Practitioner Stephanie was far from what I expected. From the start, Stephanie was not particularly friendly and seemed unprepared, as she did not have her stethoscope with her and made no effort to thoroughly examine my son. Her demeanor came across as dismissive, which made an already stressful situation even more difficult.Despite explaining to her that my fiancé had been tested at your facility earlier in the day and was diagnosed with the flu, she did not test my son or offer any relevant care. Instead, she told me to go to the ER, saying there was nothing she could do. This lack of attentiveness and care was incredibly frustrating and concerning, especially as I’ve visited your facility before and never had an issue like this. This was by far the worst experience I’ve had at your urgent care, and I hope this feedback is taken seriously to ensure better care and professionalism in the future.

Very satisfied with appointment, check in fast, very short waiting time, very clean Staff very nice, doctor knowledgeable  I would definitely recommend them

Scheduled the appt the night before. Filled out all my paperwork. Arrived promptly at the time of my appt and checked in. Waited over an hour before I even got in the room. That to me is unacceptable. Everything else was fine.

Insurance information requested online is too cumbersome.  For example my Medicare card only says Medicare ( not in drop down box).  Too many variations. I would recommend this facility.

Care was amazing…wait time could have been much better…scheduled for 9am didn’t see a provider until 9:40…exam room was very cold…had to wait in the hallway to get warm

Robles Estefany doctor was very, very polite and listened to me carefully and immediately knew what was wrong with me and gave me very good advice... I had a great experience with that doctor, next time I will seek her out again.
