Staff was professional, courteous, communicative. Facility was clean. Intake process was smooth and easy. I would recommend to others.

Another great experience at AFC. All of the staff from the front desk to the Nurse Practioner & support staff were so incredibly kind to my son. They recommended we go to the Emergency Room for an Ultrasound and that was great advice. My son ended up having emergency surgery at Anschutz Children’s Hospital that evening.  Without the referral from AFC we probably would have had to sit in the Children’s emergency wait room for 3-4 hours. Since we had documentation of what it was, we were triaged in quicker. Thank you AFC! We will definitely be returning to you with any other future health issues that arise!

I noticed blood in my urine and called the AFC Louisville office a couple of times and no one answered the phone.  Therefore I drove in and had to pre-register and the front desk person was very helpful to fill out the registration form. The EMT asked a lot of questions about my health and took my vitals.  The nurse practitioner said if I noticed any blood clots in my urine to go to the hospital emergency room. After this visit I would recommend the AFC office in Louisville, CO

Everything went quite smoothly until I discovered that a prescription was called into the wrong store. I communicated both verbally and in my check in notes which pharmacy I use, but I was curtly  told on the phone that since most people use the king Soopers pharmacy, they assumed that’s the one I also wanted to use.  This is beyond inconvenient for me and I really don’t understand how oversights like this can occur, especially dealing with prescription medication and patient health. Now we need to return home and wait for the mistake to get corrected, and after another hour or two will return and hopefully can finally pick up the prescription. In the meantime, I am physically uncomfortable and not impressed.

This place is great! Friendly, efficient, and extremely professional. Highly recommend this urgent care!

My first time at the clinic as we live out of town. All of the staff was very friendly and professional.

QR code provided for check-in worked seamlessly.  Courtesy extended from the front desk including the escort to a examination room, was excellent. PA Carla, was attentive, knowledgeable and professional. I felt confident in her care. AFC is an invaluable service to Louisville and the surrounding areas and highly recommended.

This AFC location is generally great - short wait times (as long as you check online first), friendly staff, helpful advice for whatever you're dealing with. I really, really wish they'd stop playing nonstop Christian Rock in the lobby - it is very offputting and a totally strange vibe for a medical facility.
