I was a walk-in and was in and out in in 30 minutes. I was so impressed. Everyone was so professional & kind! I would highly recommend this urgent care

It was a great visit. Better than any others I’ve been to. I especially loved the receptionist. I see a NP from Sky Health so I was comfortable with being seen by one.

Front desk was rude and short with almost everyone she spoke with. I came in sick and the last think I want is someone that appears to hate their job talking down to me. Rooms were disgusting. There was a toenail on the floor in the room I was in and the bed was cracked and disgusting. I came in and voiced my concerns of severe dehydration and my symptoms. I did not have symptoms of the flu yet that's the only think I was tested for and then told to go home and hydrate. Very frustrating. Ended up leaving urgent care and going to the er where I recieved 2 hanging bags of saline and a banana bag for...SEVERE DEHYDRATION. so basically I was dismissed and brushed off and will never be back to your clinic again.

I'd much rather check in with a person than an ipad mounted to a table, that just feels cheap and impersonal. The people at this location are caring and helpful.

Made my appointment last night. Arrived and checked in and seen within 5 min. Staff very friendly and compassionate.

I was hesitant to go to urgent care as a few past experiences at a different urgent care the wait time was forever..  today I was given prompt attention and was brought back to see the doctor within minutes.  His bedside matter was professional, and I feel confident in his diagnosis..  yes, I would go here again👍

Woke up this morning with a sore throat and was able to get an appointment early afternoon. Was in and out in less than 30 minutes, picked up prescription and was on my way. Excellent staff and friendly atmosphere

Having trouble kicking a nasty cold, and don’t have a local PCP yet. Set up a time online to make sure it was t something more serious, and was seen within 15 minutes of arriving. Got some meds to help with my throat inflammation. Very grateful!

Front desk and support staff were friendly and efficient. I am frustrated by my 15 second visit with a provider who did not take the time to get details of my situation. Taking a nasal swab is not standard of care for diagnosing a sinus infection with classic symptoms that are not improving After six weeks. She preferred to offer a steroid which has way more potential side effects than empiric anabiotic therapy for a sinus infection. Not happy with clinical judgment at all.
