Arrived at 10:40, just before the clinic got very busy. Next time I will begin the paperwork online, in advance, and arrive earlier. I got excellent care for lingering respiratory concerns, after having the flu. Even tho I had got this year's flu vax in September. I wish the people in the waiting area would wear masks. But hey, trumpo said it is all a hoax so here we go again.

Scheduling was the best part. It would be better if they stuck to the schedule though. A staff member arrived with her family shortly after my family and pretty much demanded special treatment. The nurse was rude to my son who has asd. Cleanliness forget about it. We couldn’t wait to get out of there. Took us 45 minutes after our appointment, then another half an hour to see us. Only after I called the front desk to ask what was taking so long. And my husband stood out in the hallway and watched them take care of the women who worked there with her family first. This isn’t my first bad experience here. It will be my last. I would rather sit in the emergency room for hours.

Came in with a physical concern and the doctor wouldn't even take a look at my body. He just prescribed me with an ointment that was out of stock everywhere within a 20min drive of my location. Every time I go to this urgent care I feel like it's a waste of time and money because the doctors don't listen to me.

went to AFC this morning for my cough, appointment scheduling and profile creation was easy on the site, wait time wasn’t long and i was called before my expected time. nurse took vitals right away and nurse practitioner came in to see me shortly after with diagnosis and recommendations. in and out within an hour, excellent!

Friendly staff, compassionate Dr everything was perfect. Thank you!

Was a walk in, receptionist helped me with my online checkin. The wait wasn't long. Was taken good care of by staff and Dr. would recommend afc to friends and family

Was there for almost 2 1/2 hours for knee pain for eval and X-ray. Even booked the appointment ahead of time. Not a great experience.

This review is mainly based off of the wait time. I came after work and waited over 3 hours before I could be seen by the provider. It wasn’t their fault but managements decision to only have one provider available after 6pm. This is unacceptable since it’s the time of the year when respiratory illnesses are common. I was very frustrated and disappointed at this urgent care due to managements decision coupled with not feeling well.
