I am very disappointed in this place  I feel  like crap and scheduled on line this morning. When I walk in @1:15 pm the place is empty!  I am then told the doctor had an emergency and had to leave ! In this day and age I could of been notified of this , instead of the notification to confirm my appointment that came in to me @ 12:30 pm  Only reason I even went this route was because my family doctor was closed today

Waiting in WC and called Frazer. They encouraged me to come on over and were so nice and friendly on the phone. There was a 5 minute wait and I was in and out with finger stitches in 20 minutes.

I have been to this UC several times and they are great!! Professional & friendly!!

We wre a walk-in for Mom; she’s been here before. Our wait was not bad and the care by Lauren and Amanda was exceptional!!! They are darling, professional gals who know their business but do it in an easy, very friendly way. We are grateful for this establishment!

Stopped by for a sty needing some medicated drops. Front desk does not want to help or even speak to you. They like to hang out in the back avoiding patients. You will spend 10-15 setting up an account online with no idea how long you may wait. Heard the desk tell a man who had been waiting a long time that it would be 30 minutes more as they had 2 complicated cases. With 4 other people waiting ahead of me I decided not to wait the afternoon though when I told the desk to cancel my appointment she said it would be 45 minutes - not likely with 2 complicated cases and 4 people ahead of me. Just felt like no one is treated like a person with a medical concern. Feels invasive and inhumane. Could have taken 2 minutes if the desk folks would talk to people and be honest about wait times. Patients’ time is valuable too.

I feel off some outside snowy/icy stairs on Sunday.  I twisted my ankle and have a lot of bruising and painful walking as a result.  I tried AFC as it is near to me, and had a great experience!  I was able to prebook an appointment online. After getting there, I didn’t wait long.  They were very professional and efficient.  They confirmed that a did have a minor fracture.  They also provided an orthopedic specialist group to follow up with.  I did the next day, got my tall boot and am on the road to recovery.  Really great experience with these folks!
