Staff was thorough.  They ran necessary tests to diagnose my symptoms.  Everyone was very friendly and professional.  I would definitely go back

Scheduling was not a problem, I was sent to this location due to worker comp , check in was hectic I had to sign in on my phone and the paper on the clip board , once I got to the back the staff was not friendly at all down to the Doctor, I felt bad as it is , then be rushed too , and feeling like she was not hearing me , no care or empathy at all

I was fairly certain I had an infected hand from a cat bite. My hand was extremely swollen and so painful. The doctor was very gentle and told me everything he would recommend. After we finished, the nurse came in and gave me a shot and she, too, was extremely gentle And very sweet. I am so thankful I was able to get there before closing time. Even though I was in a lot of pain, my experience there was exceptional.

Customer service was good scheduling wasn’t bad. Unfortunately my insurance was not accepted and I wasn’t advised until I went for my appointment. The staff apologized. This is why some scores are not good because I didn’t get to experience them

I was pleased with the ease of checking in on my phone- triage was fast and results even faster. Dr. Melissa was thorough and helpful.

Everyone who worked at AFC on Poplar in Memphis was wonderful. So friendly and professional - from the man and woman at the front desk, to the woman who checked my mother in and took her history, to the doctor we saw. Will definitely return next time we have an urgent medical need. Thank you so much to everyone there.

This was our first time visiting AFC, and it was recommended by a friend. The staff was friendly, attentive, inviting. Check-in and out was easy, digital, modern and up-to-date. Overall, it was a professionally-operated establishment and experience. My only complaint is that I was disallowed to accompany my son during his treatment!! Though he’s 19 years old, under his condition and high fever at time of service (or reasons for our visit), he was NOT in a receptive mental condition and thus unable to remember what all the nurse asked or discussed, or ask questions or inquiries as a parent would!! Thus, I was left uncertain and inconclusive about what all we/he needed to do or properly take after we left, which is a vital part of recovery and care!!!! All other previous visits at other establishments allowed at least one parent to accompany the patient during the entirety of the visit. By being unable to do this left a major hole in our recovery plan!!
