Dr. Roger’s and the whole staff were phenomenal!! Best medical care I’ve ever received!!!’

The service was great. From the time of getting there and leaving took about 20 mins. It was fast and efficient.

Tracy at check in was polite and checked us in with ease. The lady in triage was pleasant and patient when my son became nervous about the Covid test. And the dr was thorough - did not rush us and answered our questions. Will go again if needed

My experience was exceptional. I had a TB test performed & it was painless & efficient. The receptionist was amazing as well. Kind & professional. She put me at ease immediately upon arrival with her friendly face (even behind the mask her kindness & smile were both reflected in her eyes.

My eye was red for a couple of days . I woke this morning with my eyes puffy, drainage, red and stuck together. The team was fast and friendly. The doctor did just assume it the pink eye he checked my vision and my eyes for other things that my have caused this. I would recommend this urgent care to my friends and family.

Scheduling an appointment was simple. Check-in was fine, once they got needed info from my employer. The wait time was less than I expected. Staff was professional and friendly.

Front Desk staff was kinda rude because I didn’t have insurance & they kept telling me the policies for self pay even when I understood the first time. Next time, just state it one time & don’t try & talk to people like they are slow. Honestly, didn’t feel like nothing was done, but thank you.

Wasn’t feeling well and also was worried about a torn hamstring. I was able to book my appointment and was in and out within 30 minutes. They were able to address my illness (Covid) and my torn hamstring. They gave me medication and great options for orthopedist to see in town.

This was the best urgent care experience I have ever had. They were thorough but did it in steps which I appreciated. And every staff member from check in throughout was kind and friendly. This is the kind of care you want to receive when you feel bad.
