Went online in the morning to book an appointment. I couldn’t get one until 6:00pm. Online check in is somewhat tedious considering that I had been there before.

I was sent home from work because Human Resource Representative thought I was contagious. Vital signs normal and lab work negative just had an Upper Respiratory Infection. I have been going AFC Urgent Care for years, they really take care of you. I would recommend this provider.

I checked in at 4:52 and was not called back until 7:51. I like the commitment to make sure I was seen. Doctors and staff were kind. The wait was unbearable, but i had no where else to go.

The doctor/NP (not quite sure so I don’t want to assume because she really didn’t introduce herself) ran tests but didn’t really say what she tested (i.e. flu, covid, strep, etc.) She just said everything came back negative. She could write scripts for over the medications which i declined because that’s just a waste of paper. I was like I don’t feel well, is this something viral? She just agreed. Maybe because I was coughing or congested that it was kind of like eh? I mean have a nasal drip and sore throat, chills, fatigue, and you can’t tell me anything. Very disappointed and a complete waste of time to have waited three hours to be told that the tests were negative. Right now I’m laying on the couch feeling horrible and will hope that the over counter meds I already have will work. She was nice though and so was the staff. The facility was clean.

The young man at the front desk was friendly, efficient, helpful, and he was patient with folks having trouble with the online registration. The doctor was great: friendly, knowledgeable, and did a nice job on the procedure. The rest of the staff were wonderful as well! Friendly, caring and effective. It was a very positive

I schedule an appointment online for the next day for 9:45am. I arrived to the clinic at 9:30am. I was told there were multiple walk ins in front of me. The clinic did not honor my appointment time. I was not called back into triage until exactly 11am. The staff was very friendly and professional, but the wait time while having an appointment was terrible.
