Booked online then did check in at Kiosk and waited 25 mins before I was told I was sent a text msg to complete a form which I didn’t realize. Asked receptionist if she could fill in missing information and was told NO only way was via phone  Then explained I had had eye surgery and was having trouble seeing but she said Sorry have to do it via phone Could have been much more compassionate and helpful

Let me start by saying I was the only patient in this empty office. Bleeding finger requiring stitches. Front staff and initial vitals take terrible people skills. Instilled no confidence or energy.  After I had to checkin on iPad and input all my insurance, ID, credit card and credit card on my phone, Nurse practitioner not equipped with proper supplies for thumb stitches after being told by front desk they could do stitches there. Nurse practioner was a temporary filling in. She was pleasant. The other two people were terrible! Regular worker didn’t know where finger tourniquets were kept. After all that, went to regular er and got stitches (3) no problem. Wonder how much I’ll be charged for this aggravation with no medical help at all?
