It’s pointless to offer online appointments to make people wait for hours. I won’t be coming back

Everything was great especially compared to the urgent care chain location down the street where I had just gone the previous week. Making the appt on the app and uploading my documents was very smooth. I even had to change the time and it worked easily. The provider was thorough and detailed in his examination and explanations. The intake person was kind and patient. The receptionist was courteous and friendly too. The only big issue I encountered was that Checking in via the app (which was super easy) made it seem like I did not have to check in with the receptionist. That caused me to wait way longer than expected because others who walked in after me were called in ahead of me. Luckily the receptionist was understanding and kind when I brought this to her attention. She was able to get me in next despite a lot more people walking in. I only wish the app worked as it promised: it said to check in online and look at the waitlist. And it said I was next but then later pushed me out for no reason. Because of the care I would come back but the handoff point between the app and the visit was disappointing. Luckily the humans made it better.

No attention to patient needs. Doctors assistant shows up and goes back and forth to talk to him. Not sure why the doc is so busy. Staff has a cut throat way of dealing with patients

Barely any wait time. Office is very clean and tidy. Dr. Lee is a great doctor and also funny.

Staff was not helpful and found the registration process highly inconvenient.

Booking an appointment online same morning was so easy and efficient. Check in was smooth and only waited a few minutes in the waiting room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Emily was lovely and professional and took all of my vitals and the doctor came in in about a minute. I was in and out of the clinic in about 15-20 minutes. I highly recommend this urgent care facility.

They were so rude to me and didn’t tell me at all what was wrong with me. I felt pretty judged and uncomfortable. Doctor wouldn’t even look at me in the eyes.
