The doctor was very helpful, informative, warm and friendly and explained things clearly.

I was a walk-in & they couldn't have been kinder. I had a sinus infection & breathing issues. I received the care I needed, in a timely manner, thank you!!!

The visit went ok. Didn't Llke the fact that I had to scroll back over 50 years on the calendar to enter my birth date instead of just being able to manually enter month day and year. Went in for a CDL driver physical. Was charged $175 and only given a 1 year medical card. I have the exact same health condition as I have had fir over 5 years same medication and same dosage. And always received a 2 year medical card. Something that can be verified through my medical history. I feel like I was not treated fairly in that situation. Nothing has changed except the place where I had my physical. I won't be going back and I will not be recommending anyone else go there

Walked in and was checked in very quickly.  Wait time was very short.  Had a problem that required a prescription.  After seeing the doctor, I was out.  Less than 30 minutes.  It took longer to get the prescription filled.  Everyone there was so nice, from checkin to having vitals done and seeing the doctor.  Our go to place for urgent care!  Highly recommend!

Dr Hawthorne was awesome! Listened to my concerns and gave a thorough diagnosis.

Very easy to schedule. Appointment was at 830. They called me back before my time and did assessment. Saw the doctor within 5 minutes. Took care of my problem and left me with my dignity. Would highly recommend this place.

I live out of state and flew here to visit family for one week. Developed congestion, cough, red sore throat, watery eyes, and then laryngitis. Called the clinic and was given an appointment that same day. Checkin was prompt, not a lot of registration forms/questions, and they verified my insurance while I stood at the registration window. Waited about 15 minutes to go back to see the doctor. Dr. Hawthorne was wonderful! Kind, asked thorough questions, explained thoroughly, diagnosed my symptoms quickly and called in two prescriptions to the pharmacy of my choice. Each staff member was polite and very professional.
